• Instaurare e mantenere la comunicazione e il rapporto di collaborazione con I clienti, con i membri del team e con tutti i contatti del business
• Assicurare la compliance alle istruzioni di service ed ai requisiti di qualità applicabili
• Assicurare la compliance a tutte le normative aziendali ed ai requisiti operativo-organizzativi
• Riportare al momento del service, tutte le informazioni richieste dal Sistema di service e datasheets applicabili

Field Service Technician – Lombardia

• Supervisionare l'installazione e l'avvio di nuovi impianti di compressori centrifughi presso i clienti.
• Eseguire manutenzione, risoluzione problemi, revisione e riparazioni importanti su compressori e sistemi di controllo basati su microprocessore.
• Assicurare l'installazione, l'operazione e la riparazione sul campo di attrezzature fabbricate e vendute da Compression Systems.
• Mantenere aggiornate le conoscenze tecniche e le procedure di riparazione sul campo per tutte le attrezzature pertinenti.
• Fornire guida tecnica e formazione a clienti, prospettive, team di vendita sul campo e tirocinanti nel servizio.
• Preparare e inviare report di servizio tecnici dettagliati e accurati per ogni intervento, adatti per clienti, fatturazione, ingegneria, qualità e documentazione di marketing.
• Gestire viaggi e spese aziendali in modo economico, mantenendo registri finanziari appropriati.
• Seguire tutte le linee guida aziendali, gli standard di sicurezza e le migliori pratiche mentre si rappresenta l'azienda presso i clienti.

Service Engineer

• Fungere da principale riferimento per il cliente/filiali/agenti per le problematiche tecniche che emergono in fase di installazione.
• Gestione di ticket aperti dal cliente per problematiche su macchine o linee e interfaccia con enti preposti per la risoluzione dei problemi.
• Supporto da remoto per problematiche dei clienti.

Advanced Field Service Engineer, Network Specialist

• Provide on‑site field service support for installation, configuration, modification, and enhancement of vascular medical devices
• Troubleshoot technical issues and determine effective solutions in line with product and customer specifications
• Perform technical analysis of product implementations and upgrades
