• Provide on-site field service support through installations, upgrades, repairs, and maintenance of complex CMP capital equipment in a cleanroom environment
• Analyse, diagnose, and troubleshoot EPME CMP equipment problems

• Perform on‑site installation, maintenance, and repair of company equipment across the south of ROI, surrounding regions, and Northern Ireland.

Field Service Engineer – Southern Ireland, Cork and surrounding areas

• Own end-to-end on-site implementations of Flipdish solutions, ensuring hardware and software are installed and configured correctly.
• Build deep product knowledge (accounts, configurations, workflows) so you can tailor setups to each restaurant’s needs.
• Deliver clear on-site training and practical support so restaurant teams can adopt Flipdish confidently.
• Troubleshoot hardware/technical issues on-site; escalate appropriately and keep customers informed throughout.
• Partner with the Onboarding team to plan work, manage timelines, and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Keep accurate records of installs, customer interactions, and issues; provide regular, clear updates to the team.

• Deliver high-impact AI engagements
• Lead hands-on delivery for GenAI implementation engagements, funded implementation projects, technical proof-of-value engagements, and other customer-facing AI initiatives.
• Translate customer goals into practical architectures, implementation plans, and measurable technical outcomes.
• Build, configure, and validate AWS-native AI and data solutions, with emphasis on production-ready architectures and services.
• Own technical execution from discovery through delivery, including design reviews, workshops, implementation support, and executive-ready readouts.

• Perform all planned & unplanned maintenance or start-up of Ebara Components equipment
• Co-ordinate maintenance/IQ activities with relevant stakeholders, including customers and 3rd parties
• Resolve all equipment issues (hardware and software) and ensure equipment is production ready before handover
• Accurately record all completed activities in prescribed systems
• Complete routine PM’s by following clearly defined and documented procedures
