Field Engineer

• Undertaking diagnostic, service, repair, recovery, technical and operational instruction on Liebherr-Werk Ehingen crane products on behalf of Liebherr Construction Equipment-Ireland Ltd (LIR) and Liebherr-Great Britain Ltd.
• Undertaking similar work on non-Liebherr products from time to time as necessary as approved and appropriate.
• Focusing, as a priority on the Company’s mobile crane customers and to become familiar with and support customers with other product types.
• Participating in the early stages with the effective processing of warranty claims.
• Identifying opportunities to develop revenue work with contacted customers and reduce exposure to costs and risks.
• Investigating specific customer problems on a project-by-project basis, providing technical reports as may be requested.
• Undertaking additional tasks, training and projects as may be reasonably requested by the company from time to time.
• Working additional hours as reasonably required to undertake the described duties and to be available to work a rota based out-of-hours customer support.
• Undertaking all duties predominately in the Republic of Ireland and the UK but also be prepared to travel outside this territory as required from time to time.
• Representing the company in the best possible way at all times, promoting the Liebherr name and always presenting the Liebherr brand in a professional manner and in accordance with the Company and Group requirements.
• Ensuring as far as possible that any commercial risks to the Company are eliminated when dealing with customers and suppliers.
• In all activities ensuring that the Safety, Quality, Environmental, Financial and Operational policies of the Company are adhered to and promoted and that the Company procedures both operational and administrative of are maintained.

Field Service Engineer – Mobile Cranes

• Provide on-site field service support through installations, upgrades, repairs, and maintenance of complex CMP capital equipment in a cleanroom environment
• Analyse, diagnose, and troubleshoot EPME CMP equipment problems
• Perform installations, repairs, upgrades as well as preventive maintenance on CMP systems installed at the customer site
• Maintain an assigned installation equipment base
• Analyse, diagnose and troubleshoot all hardware and software issues on CMP semiconductor manufacturing equipment
• Understand and implement factory issued hardware and software upgrades
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, electrical schematics and P&ID drawings
• Report out to both the onsite customer and local management on a weekly basis detailing system performance and ongoing activities

Field Service Engineer

• Provide on-site field service support through the performance of installations, upgrades, repairs, and maintenance of complex CMP capital equipment in a cleanroom environment
• Working to a shift pattern of days and night shifts, analyse, diagnose, and troubleshoot EPME CMP equipment problems
• Perform installations, repairs, upgrades as well as preventive maintenance on CMP systems installed at the customer site
• Maintain an assigned installation equipment base
• Report out to both the onsite customer and local management on weekly basis detailing system performance and ongoing activities

Service Engineer

• Perform on‑site installation, maintenance, and repair of company equipment across the south of ROI, surrounding regions, and Northern Ireland.
• Diagnose technical issues efficiently, carrying out corrective actions to restore equipment performance and minimise customer downtime.
• Deliver a high quality customer experience, acting as the primary technical representative and maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Identify and promote service opportunities, including upgrades, replacement parts, and revenue‑generating activities aligned with customer needs.
• Manage daily schedules and travel plans independently, ensuring timely arrival to customer sites and effective use of working hours.
• Maintain accurate service documentation, including job reports, parts usage, and follow‑up actions within company systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and customer site requirements at all times.
• Collaborate with internal teams, providing feedback on recurring issues, product performance, and customer insights.
• Support continuous improvement, contributing ideas to enhance service efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle to a high standard, ensuring readiness for daily field operations.

Field Service Engineer – Southern Ireland, Cork and surrounding areas

Processor

• Review and preparation of analysis of Chapter 13 Plan
• Work with attorneys to submit the analysis of Chapter 13 Plans to our clients
• Communication and follow up with client re: necessary information
• Review and updating of client systems
• Provide support to attorneys

Bankruptcy Processor

• Provide technical support on laboratory equipment including installation, preventative maintenance, repair and validation
• Proactively manage customer relations with emphasis on communication and customer satisfaction
• Responsible for the smooth delivery of the technical service portfolio to the assigned customer base
• Cross train team members in specific areas of expertise
• Deliver efficient after sales service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Respond to technical enquiries and resolve problems
• Generate leads for sales and service revenue in the field
• Investigate faults and find solutions
• Set own goals in conjunction with Department Manager
