Field Engineer

• Provide in-depth advice on customer applications for optimal performance results
• Perform consultative support for new installations, equipment calibrations, including remote monitoring and feeding technology
• Service the mechanical installation and secure performance and reliability of pumps, piping, chemical feed systems, storage tanks and other connected systems
• Maintain and develop the relationship with customers and key stakeholders along with the sales account manager
• Deliver customer technical training as required
• Identify new business opportunities and transfer sales leads to the sales teams
• Provide comprehensive customer service report according to RMC policies using RMC tools
• Properly maintain all Company-owned equipment e.g. tools, instruments, safety equipment and vehicle
• Complete all administrative requirements including basic skills/safety training courses
• Manage inventory / supplies required at customer site
• Deliver upon service KPIs, including safety, productivity, customer satisfaction
• Secure conditions for safe operations, according to existing RMC & Customer policies, procedures
• Perform similar/related duties as needed

Field Service Engineer

• Perform preventative maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs on medical equipment
• Maintain relationships with customers and ensure timely communication, resolution and proper follow-up
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and hospital protocols to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met

Field Engineer 2

• Remote position and candidates can be located anywhere in the US.
• The Emergency Call Handling (ECH) Field Engineer will report to the ECH Field Engineer Manager.
• Performs system configuration for all supported and assigned ECH solutions, including hybrid cloud and SaaS-based applications.
• Configures and troubleshoots connectivity between local site infrastructure and cloud-hosted application environments.
• Provides support to Customer and Channel Partners while deploying the ECH solution into a production environment.
• Documents all changes to the solution, including cloud tenant configurations and API integrations, that may occur during the implementation phase of the project.
• Ensures that installation/quality issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
• Participates in the development and approval of Methods of Procedure (MOP) for cloud migrations and system upgrades.

Field Engineer – Emergency Call Handling

• Complete assigned On the Job Training (OJT) with the goal of instrument certification
• Protect, manage, and maintain company property (i.e., traveling inventory, company care, test equipment, tools, etc.) in accordance with department policy/procedure
• Answer service calls and promptly return messages from customers in a manner meeting service department policy/practice expectations
• Maintain appropriate records of all work performed and training received
• Complete departmental and customer paperwork timely and with high quality
• Complete assigned formal training with a grade of 75% or higher on all tests
• Comply and adhere to company policies
• Portray professionalism and pride in appearance while conforming to policy
• Provide a positive attitude to all employees and customers
• Other duties as assigned

Field Service Engineer II

• Troubleshoot and repair existing devices and document the activities performed.
• Replace hardware parts, as well as software updates and calibrations.
• Perform bi-annual or yearly preventative maintenance as determined by the customer.
• Assist in the installation and implementation of new devices at customer locations.
• Conduct routine system checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Maintain and stock parts and tools assigned by customer.
• Be available on-call including nights and weekends.
• Training for this role will be provided and is paid
