• Administer enrollment and eligibility accurately and timely to ensure seamless healthcare access for members
• Collaborate with team members, vendors, and cross-functional departments to resolve inquiries
• Document actions taken across multiple systems
• Navigate complex data, extract insights from various systems, and apply business and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in meetings with internal and external group contacts and account representatives
• Provide guidance and support to the team, vendors, and customers
• Manage a wide array of activities and responsibilities
• Detect discrepancies and identify Membership workflow improvement opportunities
• Communicate workflow improvement opportunities and escalate issues to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Perform additional responsibilities consistent with the scope and level of the role, as assigned
