About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conducts the enrollment process with the person served and their circle of support (i.e., families, guardians) in a timely manner
- Ensures enrollment documents are complete and accurate
- Recommends improvements to internal process/systems to prevent future issues and to enhance service experience
- Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Upholds company values and mission
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication is preferred
- 1 year of experience in a related field
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Personal computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service
- Strong ability to participate in a highly effective team
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and terminology.
