About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conducts the enrollment process with the person served and their circle of support (i.e., families, guardians) in a timely manner
  • Ensures enrollment documents are complete and accurate
  • Recommends improvements to internal process/systems to prevent future issues and to enhance service experience
  • Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
  • Upholds company values and mission
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication is preferred
  • 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Personal computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office products
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service
  • Strong ability to participate in a highly effective team
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and terminology.
