Engineer

• Develop new HTS magnet designs and their associated subsystems, which includes the designing and building R&D test samples, and developing their manufacturing processes and test operations
• Design, build, and commission test equipment required to accomplish R&D test campaign objectives
• Perform structural, electrical, and/or thermal analyses in support of R&D sample design and to predict test results
• Build expertise in testing HTS magnets as well as how to design and build R&D HTS magnets and their associated subsystems, including power delivery, cryogenic cooling, and structures
• Support the production, integration, and commissioning of SPARC NINT coils as issues requiring HTS magnet build and test expertise arise

R&D Engineer II

• Lead optical device and assembly process qualification for optical transport and optical transceiver products
• Partner with internal design teams to assess, develop, and qualify suppliers and technologies for wavelength line management (WLM) and optical transceivers
• Own the quality, reliability, and manufacturability of optical sub-modules/daughter cards and optical transceivers from design phase to end-of-life
• Assess business-impacting issues and drive product/component failure analysis, containment, and corrective actions

Component Engineer – Optical Suppliers, Transceivers

• Develop machining processes and operation sheets from engineering data for complex medical devices.

Process Engineer III

• Lead the technical development of smaller projects or specific energy conservation measures in support of large complex projects.
• Collaborate and interact with customers as well as other NORESCO staff including Senior Project Engineers, Sales, Project Developers, Design Engineers, Construction Managers and Measurement and Verification (M&V).
• Represent NORESCO at customer sites visits and conference calls as part of the engineering team.
• Conduct energy audits, site investigations, ECM scope development, energy savings calculations, and developing cost estimates for smaller federal, commercial and institutional facilities.

• Typical projects or design tasks may include the design of sanitary, storm, and watermain projects and overland flow / civil site plan design projects
• Manages project technical tasks including completing design work, calculations, writing specifications and technical reports on a wide range of civil infrastructure projects generally involving sanitary & storm sewer and watermain design, pump stations, stormwater management/drainage plans
• Coordinates design and report deliverable packages for submission to clients and/or approval authorities

Senior Firewall Engineer

• In this vital role you are responsible for supporting HFE/UE planning, research, development and continuous improvement of Amgen drug delivery devices using HFE/UE best practices and in accordance with current regulations and guidelines within the medical device, combination product and bio-pharmaceutical industries.
• The Human Factors Engineer / Usability Engineer (HFE/UE) is expected to collaborate with internal and external partners and across functions including engineering, design, commercial, safety, risk, quality, regulatory and market surveillance teams.
• This person will support human factors research driving innovative, intuitive, and useful products.
• The HFE will support project study design, HFE/UE methodology, study moderation, data collection, and root cause analysis to inform design and apply sound HFE/UE knowledge and experience to research, development, clinical studies, and product validation in support of regulatory submissions.
