Electrical Engineer

• Build/assemble test fixtures based off schematic diagrams and documentation.
• Demonstrate proficiency in electronics including reading schematics.
• Support electrical production lines including troubleshooting and root cause failure analysis of electrical components/assemblies.
• Perform design verification and validation tests from a provided test plan.
• Document test procedures and laboratory processes to maintain test accuracy and repeatability.
• Demonstrate proficiency in mechanical fixturing to support test functions on electromechanical products.
• Ability to solder at advanced level including leadless packages.

Electrical Engineering Technician – Test

• Define and architect innovative rack-level power distribution topologies (AC, DC, HVDC)
• Investigate new technologies in solid-state protection, intelligent power switching, and metering, and AI-enabled load balancing
• Evaluate and integrate breakthrough approaches such as power sidecar systems, in-rack busbars, and modular busway systems
• Translate innovative ideas into manufacturable, standards-compliant solutions
• Guide engineering teams in rapid prototyping and proof-of-concepts to validate new concepts
• Anticipate industry shifts (AI-scale, 1MW+ racks, OCP-HPR standards) and propose next-gen architectures
• Partner with market-leading technology vendors (compute, rack, power components) where appropriate to accelerate development and ensure interoperability

Senior Principal Electrical Engineer

• Responsible to oversee and direct the electrical engineering of projects in accordance with engineering best practices, company standards and in compliance with the National Electrical Code.
• Assist the Project Manager in establishing and preparing project budgets, project execution plans, construction cost estimates and project schedules.
• Execute the electrical engineering aspects of a project within the budget, schedule and quality as agreed with the Project Manager.
• Prepare engineering documents in the form of study reports, drawings and specifications that maybe stamped and signed, as required.
• Prepare Addendums, Proposal Requests (PR) and Supplemental Instructions (SI) for projects.
• Provide mentoring and technical direction to Electrical Engineers, Designers and BIM/CAD Technicians.
• Attend meetings with clients and prepare meeting notes as appropriate.
• Coordinate communications in relation to electrical engineering with project team members, clients and the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).
• Coordinate design solutions with other technical disciplines within the integrated project team.
• Assist in quality assurance reviews for all project disciplines.
• Attend site visits for the purposes of investigation, survey and record of existing conditions.
• Develop, maintain and approve electrical engineering design standards, tools, process and procedures.
• Provide the focal point and technical leadership for all electrical engineers and designers within the organization.
• Provide mentoring and career development support to electrical engineers and designers within the organization.
• Uphold and promote the Company brand by guaranteeing excellence in the execution of work and ensuring a positive client experience.

Electrical Engineer, PE III

• Perform electrical engineering design for heavy industrial projects and the associated infrastructure.
• Prepare electrical equipment specifications, datasheets, and scopes of work, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulatory codes.
• Develop proposals, conceptual designs for Pre-Feasibility, Feasibility and Issued for Construction (IFC) Design engineering phases of projects.
• Work across a continuous succession of small and large, domestic and international projects as they progress through the project lifecycle - from early concept development, feasibility studies, detailed design, construction, commissioning to operations
• Liaise with internal and external clients, other discipline professionals, and stakeholders within the industry to ensure the timely, accurate and cost-effective delivery of projects.
• Demonstrate high standard of personal safety and safety in design practices.

• Support water and wastewater projects through all phases of planning, design, and construction.

• Develop project and task scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Lead and coordinate electrical design across multiple projects.
• Establish design criteria, perform engineering calculations, and develop one-line diagrams.
• Provide engineering support by reviewing equipment submittals, responding to contractor RFIs, and conducting field inspections.
• Perform or oversee power system analysis using ETAP, SKM Power Tools, or similar software.
