• Own and manage the company’s landing page ecosystem across acquisition channels.
• Run and optimize a data-driven landing page testing framework, including performance tracking, winner selection, and implementation of learnings.
• Develop, launch, and optimize new landing page systems for emerging acquisition channels, including Native Advertising.
• Collaborate with media buyers, creative teams, and copywriters to create high-converting landing page experiences.
• Lead ongoing conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives through testing, analysis, and experimentation.
• Identify conversion bottlenecks and implement improvements based on performance data.
• Establish and refine landing page processes, documentation, and operational workflows.
• Manage external or internal copywriters and ensure a steady pipeline of high-performing landing page concepts.
• Analyze key metrics including ROAS, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and funnel performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact between landing page production, paid media teams, and creative stakeholders.

Conversion Optimization Lead – DTC Supplement Brand

• Be the CRO’s force multiplier. Own and execute the strategic projects that sit alongside the quarterly plan — NPIs, M&A integrations, playbook rollouts, reporting cadences, new-business bets — across a GTM engine that spans SME PLG to large enterprise.

Chief of Staff – CRO

• You are responsible for ensuring our shop, product detail pages (PDPs), landing pages and conversion mechanisms improve month over month.
• You continuously analyze our online shop and identify conversion blockers across the customer journey.
• You develop and prioritize a CRO roadmap with clear hypotheses, tests and revenue impact.
• You optimize product detail pages, landing pages, cart and checkout-adjacent elements, and core shop flows.
• You work data-driven with tools such as Google Analytics, Klar, Shopify Analytics, heatmaps, session recordings or similar systems.
• You derive concrete actions from quantitative and qualitative data.
• You own the structure, content and performance of our product detail pages.
• You create or brief landing pages for paid ads, influencer campaigns, product launches and seasonal promotions.
• You ensure landing pages match the relevant target audiences, creatives and offers.
• You test headlines, layouts, claims, social proof, bundles, FAQs, USPs and offer mechanics.
• You work closely with Creative and Performance Marketing so that ad angle, landing page and product promise are consistent.
• You manage our shop apps and ensure they are used sensibly and support conversion.
• You identify technical issues in the shop, prioritize them and coordinate fixes with our web development agency.
• You are the primary contact for shop-related bugs, UX issues and technical anomalies.
• You ensure new features are properly tested and implemented.
• You keep the shop operationally clean, up to date and scalable for growth.
• You work closely with leadership on revenue, conversion and growth targets.
• You translate insights from paid ads, CRM, influencer marketing and customer feedback into shop optimizations.
• You brief external agencies and service providers clearly and review the quality of execution.
• You contribute your own ideas on how to better monetize traffic and guide customers through the shop.
• You support weekly and monthly reporting with concrete learnings and recommended actions.

CRO, Shop Lead – Part-time

• Shop analyses & UX audits: You analyze e-commerce shops using GA4, heatmaps and session recordings, and identify conversion levers.
• Competitive analyses: You systematically examine competitors with regard to UX, positioning, funnel logic and psychological triggers.
• Onboarding preparation: You support the preparation of new client projects and analyze existing data sources.
• Research & hypothesis generation: You assist with quantitative and qualitative research processes and develop evidence-based optimization hypotheses.
• Wireframing & concept development: You create UX concepts for PDPs (product detail pages), CLPs (category/listing pages), landing pages and checkouts, and visualize them in Figma.
• A/B testing support: You contribute to the creation, structuring and analysis of A/B tests.

Internship — User Experience Design — Conversion Rate Optimization

• Manage a busy calendar: schedule meetings and ensure the Co-CRO is fully prepared for daily appointments.
• Support the organization and prioritization of incoming emails.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including booking flights, hotels, and local transport, and prepare clear, detailed itineraries.
• Prepare and submit monthly expense reports accurately and on time.
• Gather and prepare meeting materials and presentations, track action items, and remind the team of upcoming deadlines.
• Act on behalf of the CRO when required and lead contained internal-facing projects across areas such as People & Culture (P&C), working to establish sustainable processes where possible.
• Provide organizational expertise to the broader Research organization for team meetings, special events, offsites, and similar activities.
