• The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is an AI native executive who is responsible for all revenue-generating functions across the company, including sales, partnerships, customer success, revenue operations, pricing strategy, and product unit economics.
• The CRO aligns marketing, sales, pricing, customer retention, and expansion efforts to accelerate predictable and scalable growth.
• The CRO reports directly to the CEO and partners closely with product, finance, data and analytics, operations, and marketing leadership.

Chief Revenue Officer, AI-Forward

• Lead narrative development and presentation design for CRO-led strategic events, executive briefings, and key customer engagements
• Translate complex product, strategy, and customer insights into clear, compelling visual and written stories
• Bring storytelling to life through product demos and interactive experiences—showcasing OpenAI capabilities in ways that are tangible, engaging, and memorable
• Bring a strong point of view on what “great” looks like—raising the bar for craft in how ideas are communicated, experienced, and remembered
• Work closely with the Chief of Staff to the CRO to translate strategic initiatives into clear, compelling narratives and executive-ready materials for internal and customer-facing moments
• Lead “customer zero” adoption of OpenAI technologies—identifying, prototyping, and scaling high-impact use cases that transform how the CRO organization operates
• Prototype and develop lightweight custom GPTs and internal apps that enhance productivity, unlock new workflows, and showcase how OpenAI technologies can be applied across the Office of the CRO & GTM teams
• Develop narratives and examples that demonstrate how these technologies can be applied in real-world customer and internal contexts
• Serve as a bridge between product capabilities and real-world GTM application, translating innovation into tangible business impact
• Partner closely with the CRO and Chief of Staff to shape how OpenAI’s GTM organization contributes to the broader conversation on AI, go-to-market transformation, and the future of work
• Translate internal insights and customer learnings into thoughtful, differentiated perspectives
• Help define how the Office of the CRO shows up externally through clear, consistent, and high-quality communication
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Research, and Communications to align messaging and deliver cohesive experiences

Visual Storytelling Lead

• Act as a strategic partner to the CRO, driving high-priority operational initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, and Partnerships.
• Convert high-level vision into actionable, measurable execution plans, ensuring clear accountability and resource alignment across the GTM organization.
• Drive the completion of mission-critical special projects and action items, acting as a proxy for the CRO to maintain organizational velocity.
• Design and manage the core GTM operating model, including pipeline reviews, forecasting cycles, QBRs, and leadership offsites.
• Proactively identify systemic friction points and architect scalable solutions to improve organizational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to synthesize complex performance metrics into actionable insights for the executive team.
• Serve as the primary bridge between the GTM organization and Product, Finance, and People teams to ensure seamless cross-functional execution.
• Connect the dots across disparate workstreams to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities that impact the broader revenue strategy.
• Lead the preparation of high-stakes materials for Board of Directors meetings, Executive Leadership sessions, and investor relations.
• Structure executive discussions to facilitate rapid, data-informed decision-making and ensure alignment on complex strategic trade-offs.
• Orchestrate the internal communication strategy for the CRO, ensuring clarity of mission and transparency of progress across the global GTM organization.
• Own end-to-end execution of critical GTM workstreams, including territory optimization, segmentation, and new market entries.
• Pilot and institutionalize new revenue motions, moving them from concept to scalable process.
• Act as a strike team leader to diagnose and resolve systemic bottlenecks across the revenue engine.
