• Lead the commercial and financial management of machine builds, CAPEX programs, and related projects
• Ensure strong cost control, cost recovery, and margin optimisation
• Monitor project and CAPEX financial performance, delivering timely insights, variance analysis, and actionable recommendations
• Drive accurate cost tracking and implement corrective actions to protect and enhance project profitability
• Ensure robust financial governance, aligning expenditure with approved budgets, delegation of authority, and compliance requirements
• Oversee invoicing processes to ensure alignment with project milestones and contractual obligations
• Partner with operations, finance, and sales teams to improve cost visibility, commercial discipline, and operational efficiency
• Champion continuous improvement in cost control, reporting, and commercial governance processes
• Support the Commercial Manager with commercial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis

Project Cost Controller

• Monitor and control fixed plant infrastructure remotely using advanced ROC systems and technology.
• Optimise CHPP performance to support safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.
• Analyse real-time operational data and implement adjustments to maximise plant efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Controller – Fixed Plant

• Managing an allocated customer portfolio
• Following up on overdue invoices
• Working with customers to ensure payments are received within agreed terms
• Regular phone and email contact
• Updating account notes
• Preparing statements
• Keeping collection activity accurately recorded in systems
• Collaborating with finance colleagues and internal teams to resolve account queries
• Flagging risks early
• Supporting month-end activity

Credit Controller – Finance

• Provide financial insight and analysis to support decision‑making across the Screening Division.
• Deliver planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis, including OneStream close activities.
• Support investment evaluations, strategic initiatives, and business planning.
• Monitor costs, cash flow, and net working capital, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Strengthen financial governance and partner with Group and regional stakeholders.

Business Controller

• Managing debtor accounts, ensuring both the timely collection of outstanding amounts and the maintenance of outstanding debts at acceptable levels
• Proactive and reactive communications with customers, developing relationships with them, together with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate cash collections
• Managing disputes ensuring regular follow up or escalation as appropriate
• Producing accurate and timely reports to monitor accounts
• Reviewing and reporting on results against set and agreed KPIs with the Manager on a regular basis, discussing and recording clearly targets to actual performance
• Reducing of aged debt

National Credit Controller

• Assist with month-end activities
• Review and manage company prepayments, provisions, and accruals
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Prepare statutory payments and returns
• Collect ESG-related data and assist with reporting
