Content Marketing Manager

• Provide strategic leadership across internal and partner teams to identify the storytelling across assigned segments of Ford.com
• Advocate for the brand voice when partnering with channel/platform and vehicle segment leads in crafting experiences across the customer journey
• Partner with analytics team to identify and define clear and measurable critical metrics – continually testing and optimizing content for performance against established KPIs.
• Manage the execution of site audience and content strategies for targeted experiences within the brand sites.

Web Content Strategy Specialist

• Work with the Principal Content Strategist to build a scalable knowledge management approach for all phases of the content lifecycle across internal organizations
• Contribute to the design and development of internal tools, processes, and workflows that ensure knowledge is optimized for use in AI-powered employee experiences across multiple platforms
• Develop content design standards and frameworks and content governance models to ensure all internal content creators can express a consistent, cohesive voice throughout our employee-facing products and platforms
• Use broad knowledge of information architecture principles, including taxonomy, hierarchy, and structure, to deploy strategies for reusable, scalable, and connected experiences
• Craft user-interface text and in-product messaging that meet internal standards and guide employees to be successful using DEX products and platforms
• Serve as a key resource within the organization, enabling internal teams to adopt content standards, governance models, and knowledge management best practices through clear guidance and partnership
• Partner to ensure our knowledge management efforts are efficient, aligned, and progressing toward our shared goals across the ecosystem of internal content creators within Autodesk
• Conduct research to validate work and partner on defining measurable indicators of success (e.g., content quality, reuse, findability, effectiveness) to guide ongoing improvement

Senior Content Designer

• Oversee the governance and structural organization of the Asset Hub to ensure efficiency and scalability.
• Process and upload new content requests from various stakeholders across the organization.
• Support content transition efforts by collaborating with content teams and our supplier partner to identify and update older assets to align with new platform guidelines.
• Clean up and structural organization of content center on dealer learner platforms.
• Collaborate with Admin Operations to ensure alignment of processes and outside business requests.
• Share team site ownership, responsible for site permission, folder/file access requests, creating an inviting and engaging home page and maintenance.
• Review and consolidation of team SharePoint sites.
• Support manager and content team with project tracker, participating in meetings and updating information as appropriate.
• Assist content team with project management needs.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with DTAP pillars to establish and optimize streamlined processes and workflows.
• Fulfill ad-hoc requests, providing responsive support to leadership as required.
• Analyze platform metrics to identify trends and inform data-driven improvements that enhance the overall learner experience.
• Strengthen Copilot AI search results for our dealer learners.

Content Operations Specialist

• Publish the initial Product Program Content (PPC) and updates for new vehicle programs and subsequent model years
• Manage all PPC data for assigned vehicle programs in the Program Content Authoring Tool (PCAT), PPC Analyzer, and Global Docs PPC sites
• Provide periodic Build Combination data, analysis, and understanding to PETs and provide restriction and packaging recommendations to reduce build combinations
• Collaborate with key Program Execution Team (PET) members (Program Managers, Product Managers, etc.)
• Provide process/tool guidance to Program Management leaders responsible for making quality PPC decisions
• Manage timely production of PPC data while working with multiple PETs, balancing priorities as needed
• Carefully manage PPC data security to proper access levels to both GM and JV people
• Work globally when Work Share Agreements dictate shared roles with other regional team members
• Attend Program Execution Team (PET), content workshops, or Change Request (PCCR) meetings as needed
• Use various tools and methods to manage/validate content data to assure quality, including Excel, VBA, other Office tools, and GM proprietary tools
• Perform special studies and analyses, and periodically lead project teams on program content method improvement
• As a user of content databases/systems/tools, recommend process and system enhancements, and participate in defining system/tool requirements and testing
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on systems/tools as required
• Work with the System Management Teams (SMT) Technical Specialists to define global relationships between RPOs

Program Content Analyst

• Collect, capture, proof all of the necessary event content for assigned events; this includes but is not limited to: presentations, speaker biographies, speaker photos, manuscripts, presentation descriptions, etc. for inclusion the event guide, marketing materials, website, etc.
• Facilitate the paper development process for assigned events to ensure all authors, presenters, organizers, and reviewers meet all SAE requirements to be published and present at event. This includes ensuring adherence to all event and publishing deadlines.
• Serve as the administrative contact for publishing content within SAE's designated content management system.
• Manage and track progress of project work plan deadlines and ensure all deadlines are distributed and met.
• Prioritize deadlines and work independently.
• Schedule, arrange, lead and record all committee/technical meetings as it pertains to Event content.
• Copy, edit, proofread and update all web content as it relates to the Engineering Events websites.
• Actively participate on internal project team meetings and provide written updates of progress as it relates to project work plans.

Content Admin Associate

• Contribute to real client projects while building a portfolio-ready marketing campaign from strategy through execution.
• Campaign Strategy: Defining audience personas, Developing campaign messaging, Identifying campaign goals, Establishing success metrics and KPIs.
• Campaign Execution: Writing social media content, Drafting email campaigns, Contributing to landing page concepts, Developing short-form content ideas.
