Content Marketing Manager

• Develop and finalize cross-functional content strategies aligned to T-Mobile for Business Integrated Marketing priorities across segments and channels.
• Leverage a structured content planning system that improves visibility, consistency, and collaboration across marketing teams
• Owns and authors marketing plan
• Partner with segment marketing (inclusive of EBC), integrated messaging, and content operations teams to align priorities, workflows, and execution plans
• Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure content is on-strategy, on-message, and optimized for channel
• Track and analyze content performance by segment and channel, translating insights into optimization recommendations
• Responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Senior Integrated Marketing Manager – Cross Functional Content Strategy

• Handle escalated claims files that have complex contents or additional living expense damages.
• Conduct a thorough coverage investigation of the loss and ensure the policy was applied correctly.
• Use advanced video technology to collaborate with onsite vendors to identify damages and write a contents damage estimate from a virtual setting.
• Communicate empathetically with customers and help them through their claim process in a fast, fair, and easy manner.
• Negotiate claim settlements with customers in accordance with business unit standard methodologies.
• Coordinate with structure adjusters to ensure holistic handling of the claim file.
• Use data and analytics to tell a story and influence decision making.

Property Adjuster – Coordinated Contents

• Support editorial workflows across Nursing and Allied Health Clinical Solutions content.
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to standards.
• Coordinate triggered reviews and support release readiness activities
• Maintain clear documentation, references, and content records.
• Apply editorial, clinical, style, branding, and production guidelines consistently.
• Support content organization, formatting, and version control
• Contribute to broader content curation and content management activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to support product and workflow needs.

Content Coordinator

• Leads the strategy and execution of key corporate initiative programs for both internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborates with business partners to research and translate complex concepts into well-crafted memorable content
