Communications Consultant

• Support the U.S. Communications team in executing primarily internal communication initiatives, campaigns, and communications plans.
• Assist with the development, editing, and distribution of written and visual content across multiple channels, including intranet, email, digital signage, websites, and social platforms.
• Create and update (as needed) effective communication templates, techniques and processes as needed to meet the needs of both our office and plant employees.
• Capture and produce photography and/or video content (e.g., employee stories, events, facilities, leadership messages) and assist with basic editing and post‑production.
• Help ensure communications materials align with Saputo’s brand standards, voice, and messaging.
• Coordinate logistics and materials for Town Halls, meetings, and other business update forums, including visuals, presentations, and post‑event follow‑up.
• Support project management activities by tracking timelines, coordinating deliverables, maintaining content calendars, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Process and evaluate data and produce reporting to support the communications function.
• Assist in maintaining and updating internal and external communication platforms, including website content and digital assets.
• Collaborate with HR and cross‑functional partners to support employee communications, onboarding materials, engagement initiatives, and employer branding efforts.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the communications team, including scheduling, documentation, and asset management.

Communications Coordinator

• Assist in oversight of the main mass email tool for departments’ internal use, making sure best practices are used, helping users troubleshoot, providing review of content and possibly helping train new users.
• Review, edit and publish all content provided by our hospital partners and other members of the Office of Communications to the MCW intranet.
• Help write new content as needed.
• Lead design, review and edit of institutional internal newsletters, such as the monthly In Good Health Newsletter, the quarterly Corporate Compliance Newsletter and/or the Weekly News Recap.
• Assist Internal Communications Team in executing institutional communications plans for annual events and initiatives, including but not limited to drafting content, setting up emails and/or creating design assets.
• Assist Internal Communications Team with making recommendations to departments on optimization of MCW intranet, internal mass email and other channels.
• Assist or lead content development supporting internal storytelling, marketing or instructional content to further pride, engagement and knowledge.
• Create and share analytics reports on main internal communications channels, including MCW intranet, mass email tool and digital media boards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Corporate Communications Intern

• Leads development of integrated communication strategies for complex or high-visibility initiatives.
• Translates business goals, data, and stakeholder needs into clear and engaging narrative frameworks, message maps, and storytelling assets.
• Serves as a trusted advisor to internal customers, guiding narrative direction and shaping communication plans that align with organizational priorities.
• Crafts compelling, audience-centered messaging that connects emotionally and drives action.
• Elevates the organization’s narrative through consistent application of brand voice, tone, and storytelling principles.
• Develops and refines messaging for presentations, internal communications, campaigns, and digital content.
• Partners with leaders across FTI to ensure message alignment and cohesive delivery across channels.
• Provides strategic clarity and direction during ambiguous, fast-paced, or emerging situations, including rapid-response communication needs.
• Supports onboarding, knowledge sharing, and ongoing development within the communication strategy function.
• Promotes a culture of curiosity, continuous improvement, and innovative thinking.
• Monitors and analyzes the performance of communication strategies and campaigns, making data-driven recommendations to enhance effectiveness.
• Identifies gaps and opportunities in communication processes, tools, and workflows to strengthen quality and efficiency.
• Champions enhancements to communication strategy methods and storytelling quality across the team.
• Mentors other communication strategy team members on storytelling, processes and communication skills.
• Manages direct reports (e.g. content specialist), offering coaching and career development opportunities.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Senior Communications Strategy Manager

• Leads a team of communications and digital specialists, public relations and marketing professionals.
• Integrates earned, owned, paid and organic media.
• Sets out overall communications strategy for public policy campaigns, organizational advertising, outreach events, and internal communications.
• Translates cross-functional strategic initiatives into actionable plans that create clarity, consistency, and trust across various audiences.

Vice President, Marketing and Communications

• Develops, implements, and delivers communication materials through various mediums to designated audiences
• Plans, writes, and edits content for various internal and external stakeholders
• Plans and directs unit programs and/or projects to ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets
• Serve as the Digital Accessibility Liaison for AHEC and the WORH
• Identifies, proposes, and implements new or revised unit operational policies and procedures
• Manages the day-to-day operational unit plans to align with strategic initiatives and to meet established objectives

Communications Manager

• Identify campaigns for our team to test over email, social and press that would likely resonate with conservative media.
• Consistently bring in top tier media coverage on a select number of powerful campaigns.
• Consistently get social media influencers to promote campaigns within your portfolio, work with our social team to generate content for our channels that performs well.
• Support petition starters to drive their campaigns to victory and talk about their campaign to press.
• Write brand emails that perform well to a wide swath of Change.org’s email audience.
• Be on top of compelling news stories to help with campaign selection and escalation.
• Use media to drive campaign impact, victory, and brand awareness; including pitching to press, building reporter lists, and suggesting stories for social media.

Communication Strategist

• Own the end-to-end communication strategy for process servers, including app updates, policy changes, onboarding touchpoints, and performance-related messaging
• Develop and implement structured communication plans that replace ad hoc outreach, ensuring messaging is clear, timely, and coordinated across teams
• Translate complex operational and compliance information into clear, concise, and actionable messaging for a non-desk workforce
• Design and deliver onboarding and training content tailored for independent contractors, using accessible, flexible formats (e.g., short-form, mobile-friendly content)
• Audit and continuously improve educational content, focusing on what drives real behavior change rather than content volume
• Manage and maintain the knowledge base, ensuring all process server–facing resources are accurate, up to date, and easy to navigate
• Identify and act on operational feedback signals, including support ticket trends, content gaps, and areas of confusion, and translate insights into content or process improvements
• Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Support, Product, and Operations to align messaging, sequence communications, and ensure consistency
• Collaborate with Engagement & Retention partners to support community initiatives through clear, consistent messaging that reinforces tone and brand
• Prepare internal teams for external communications by providing context, messaging guidance, and toolkits to ensure a seamless support experience
