About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Network with outside sources, vendors, and existing customers to identify new opportunities
  • Prospect and develop relationships with new businesses across key industries
  • Present and demonstrate BAYCOM’s communication and security solutions to stakeholders
  • Develop technical proposals and installation plans in collaboration with engineering teams
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with current and new customers
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure customer satisfaction and project success

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least two years of sales experience
  • A competitive nature and motivation for sales success
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally in support of business growth
