Clinical Operations

• Own our clinical service operations end to end: clinician supply, capacity, scheduling, care delivery performance, and quality across all encounters.
• Build the recruiting, credentialing, and licensing engine, and scale our clinician workforce to meet aggressive growth targets across multiple states.
• Develop and oversee clinical quality, including clinical SOPs, documentation standards, supervision structures, and medical-necessity rigor, ensuring consistent, high-quality, and compliant audit-ready care delivery.
• Design, pilot, and scale our longitudinal care program, including eligibility, consent, matching, time-tracking, and billing.
• Build and lead key teams: clinical providers, care management, and clinical HR / credentialing.
• Own the clinical P&L, optimize our staffing models, and transition us from external reliance to a proprietary, high-quality, and cost-efficient operating model.
• Define and monitor the operational and clinical KPIs that drive quality, access, efficiency, and profitability, using data to continuously improve performance.
• Join the leadership team and partner across Fulfillment, Patient Experience, Revenue Cycle, Product, and Engineering.

Head of Clinical Operations

• Oversee daily operations of clinical operation support staff and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
• Identify and address operational challenges and escalate more complex issues to management as needed
• Support the development and implementation of work plans, assign tasks, and ensure alignment with program objectives
• Develop and manage nurse schedules to ensure appropriate staffing coverage, support operational continuity, and address schedule adjustments in response to business and program needs
• Manage larger, more-complex and growing or expanded clinical programs
• Provide enhanced training and mentorship to team members by fostering skill development and professional growth
• Collaborate with managers on recruitment, onboarding, and performance feedback for team members

Senior Team Lead, Clinical Operations

• Provide operational leadership for Tia’s RN function, partnering with clinical leads to ensure consistent, high-quality nursing practice across Tia’s virtual and in-person care model.
• Build and improve clinical workflows, SOPs, onboarding processes, training programs, and competency structures that support scalable RN team performance.
• Monitor staffing, scheduling coverage, queue performance, utilization, quality, and operational metrics to identify trends, resolve gaps, and improve execution.
• Support clinical quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across RN and clinical operations workflows.
• Partner with Product, Care Coordination, Clinical Care Delivery, and Operations teams to align clinical workflows with broader company goals and care delivery needs.
• Create clear role expectations, operating rhythms, metrics, and feedback loops that support a high-ownership, high-accountability RN team.
• Spend a portion of time delivering asynchronous nursing care as needed to stay close to workflows, understand team needs, and support patient care.

Senior Clinical Operations Manager, RN

• Collaborate with Lexeo CMO, R&D leadership, Weill Cornell research staff, Lexeo clinical, quality, and regulatory colleagues, CRO partners and other vendors to conduct clinical trials that meet corporate goals
• Evaluate and develop optimal outsourcing model for implementation of trials including selection of CROs and other vendors/ external partners. Oversee development of requests for proposals, negotiate and approve contracts and work orders, and review invoices prior to submission for approval
• Develop, maintain, and report on program budgets, including long-range forecasting, in support of Lexeo’s financial goals
• Monitor study-specific timelines, key deliverables, and implement strategies to optimize the efficiency of trial conduct
• Provide oversight of the CROs to avoid issues or rapidly adapt to challenges of feasibility/start up, slow recruitment, resourcing, site management, etc.

Vice President, Clinical Operations

• Lead and scale RTM, CCM, and PCM clinical operations across all patient populations
• Recruit, manage, and develop a distributed team of 50+ clinicians and care staff
• Establish and maintain a data-driven operational cadence
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to improve clinical workflows
• Develop and implement operational controls, policies, and procedures
• Lead the expansion of new service verticals, including remote therapeutic services
• Apply business analytics methodologies to evaluate program performance
• Ensure operations comply with applicable federal and state regulations
• Oversee the end-to-end patient journey across all clinical programs
• Manage relationships with third-party technology platforms and service vendors
• Provide regular performance updates, strategic roadmaps, and operational reports

• Coordinate, support, and continuously optimize clinical workflows, provider schedules, onboarding/deboarding processes, and platform troubleshooting to ensure a seamless care delivery experience.
• Review clinical dashboards for continual improvement and quality assurance.
• Assessment and distribution of weekly clinical dashboards.
• Coordinate clinicians’ calendars, ensuring alignment with patient appointments, supervision sessions, and other required or optional meetings.
• Monitor clinician schedules to ensure clinician productivity and appropriate time and calendar management practices. Identify opportunities for improvement with calendar management and share feedback and recommendations with clinicians and clinical leaders.
• Support the facilitation of patient transfers as necessary, ensuring a smooth process for both clinicians and patients.
• Troubleshoot EHR systems and business platforms to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Provide clinicians with enrollment assistance, access troubleshooting, and account information management for our EHR.
• Provide onboarding support by training and assisting incoming clinicians.
• Close out patient charts with appropriate documentation and notification.
• Periodically review the Website Directory of providers and escalate to the Clinical Operations Supervisor if a discrepancy or an update is needed.
• Consistently evaluate workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure alignment with organizational priorities, enhance operational efficiency, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Act as a consistent point of contact for assigned care teams, facilitate bi-annual clinician check-ins, and provide year-round guidance, resource-sharing, and operational support. Liase with patients on behalf of providers.
• Ensure providers receive an efficient, thorough, and positive onboarding and deboarding process with thoughtful collaboration of key departments and contributors (People Operations, Marketing, Supervisor of clinician, etc.)
• Conduct formal check-ins twice annually with each clinician to review updates, provide resources, and collaboratively address clinical or patient care needs.
• Lead and contribute to meaningful conversations during check-ins, advocating for patient needs and sharing actionable updates to support clinician success.
• Leverage internal dashboards and reporting tools to monitor productivity, documentation compliance, and patient reengagement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain collaborative professional relationships between operations and clinical departments.
