• Lead technology presales and client solutioning to support new business growth across industries and global geographies.
• Drive RFP responses, solution design, commercials, due diligence, client presentations, and contracting support.

Vice President – Technology Client Solutions and Service Delivery

• Maintain regular communication with mid to large size clients to understand their needs, concerns, and feedback
• Align existing client practices and procedures with validated HCM Cloud methods to solve client needs and challenges
• Troubleshoot issues
• Propose a best practice solution to resolve challenges
• Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Cloud functionality
• Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them, through process or design
• Configure the Oracle Cloud to meet client requirements and document application set-ups
• Analyze and resolve functionality issues as well as proactively identifying long-term solutions

Principal Consultant – Client Services, Oracle Cloud HCM – Benefits and Absence Management

• The role of a Private Equity Conversion Senior Specialist involves working on new private equity client’s business launches/conversions and project management.
• Onboard PE clients to Citco technology platform.
• Review fund legal documents and setup fund structures in system for new and existing clients.
• Implement data migration, which includes:
• Detailed analysis to capture data points required for client reporting
• Chart of accounts mapping
• Data preparation and upload to system. Also, executing system automations to facilitate subsequent closings and partner transfers, as needed.
• Reconciliation, tying to published financial statements and investor statements.
• Facilitate discussions to resolve reconciling differences, if any.
• Demonstrate ownership of assigned work and ensures timely completion.
• Proactively address issues, when encountered, and communicate outcome to all parties involved in a timely manner.
• Contribute to development and testing of Citco’s technology platforms.
• Develop into a subject matter expert on Citco’s systems and implementation processes.

Senior Specialist, Fund Services – Client Integration

• Provide end-to-end operational support for the receipt, allocation, journaling, and archiving of consolidated supplier invoices
• Ensure accurate plant-level cost allocation, compliant GL and cost center mapping, and timely coordination with Finance and Procurement teams
• Receive consolidated invoices from multiple strategic suppliers via defined email channels according to agreed billing cycles
• Review invoice content to confirm completeness, accuracy, and alignment to consolidated billing structures
• Allocate invoice values to individual plants or sites using approved allocation tables or supplier-specific allocation templates
• Perform manual allocation activities where templates are not available
• Validate and reconcile allocated totals to ensure they match supplier invoice values prior to journaling or submission
• Process special project invoices by separating documentation and matching individual items to plant locations
• Prepare journal entries in line with system constraints and agreed park-and-post processes
• Assuming first-level service desk support for clients and partners, meeting agreed SLAs/KPIs
• Log, track, and resolve inquiries in the ticketing tool; escalate to Level 2/leadership/stakeholders as needed
• Maintain knowledge articles, client education materials, and operational process documentation
