Key responsibilities & impact

Lead technology presales and client solutioning to support new business growth across industries and global geographies.
Drive RFP responses, solution design, commercials, due diligence, client presentations, and contracting support.
Shape innovative solutions across Data & AI, Cloud, Digital Workplace, Contact Center, Network, pricing models, and industry benchmarks.
Ensure seamless client transitions through strong stakeholder engagement, provider coordination, transition governance, and risk management.
Own technology service delivery outcomes including 99.99% availability, cost management, compliance, quality, and zero-escalation focus.
Influence business and client stakeholders through structured governance, value articulation, capability evangelization, and senior leadership engagement.
Identify and implement AI-led use cases to improve operations management, service efficiency, and technology-enabled business outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery processes, foster innovation, and ensure the reliability and efficiency of technology services.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 20 years of experience in technology presales and service delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and strategic thinking.
Candidate should be having knowledge and working experience on listed core technical skillset or technology domains:
- Cloud platforms and services
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies
- Digital Workplace solutions
- Contact Center technologies
