Client Services Representative

• Supervise the daily performance of Project Attorneys to ensure a high level of productivity
• Monitor daily employee performance in relations to accepted call quality standards
• Listen to and grade select phone calls utilizing a standard Quality Assurance Scorecard
• Maintain proficient understanding of company policies and procedures
• Analyze team needs based upon predetermined business plan
• Ensure team is adhering to their schedule
• Act as a liaison between the Project Attorneys, Project Managers, and Client Services management
• Support customers and claimants directly through phone interactions

Client Services Supervisor

• Manage the day-to-day servicing of Family Office client accounts, including new account opening, account maintenance, complex account administration, and custodial requests for accounts held at Charles Schwab.
• Coordinate new client onboarding, including account setup, regulatory disclosures, CRM and portfolio system administration, and document management.
• Execute client transactions, including wires, ACHs, journals, transfers, tax payments, and other service requests with accuracy and urgency.
• Support alternative investment operations, including subscription documents, capital calls, distributions, KYC documentation, and reporting.
• Partner closely with advisors and cross-functional teams—including trading, compliance, tax, and reporting—to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Build strong relationships with clients, custodians, and internal partners while contributing to workflow improvements, team knowledge-sharing, and cross-functional support.

Senior Client Services Specialist, Family Office

• As a Performance Analyst in the Client Report Services (CRS) group, you’ll be responsible for calculating and verifying portfolio returns and characteristics.
• You’ll produce investment measurement reports that provide important insights into the performance of our client portfolios.
• Calculate returns using custodial statements.
• Reconcile returns with investment managers.
• Obtain client information from investment managers/recordkeepers.
• Generate portfolio characteristics.
• Verify dividends/capital changes.
• Interact with clients and consultants on report content.
• Check returns and analysis for content and reasonability.
• Respond to special requests.

Performance Analyst

• Review and analyze documents, claim forms, supporting materials, and contract-related information
• Respond to complex inquiries from customers and clients
• Follow standard protocols, procedures, and instructions from Project Managers and Supervisors
• Apply feedback quickly and accurately to meet project expectations
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, project managers, supervisors, and business partners
• Monitor claims and correspondence work to ensure procedures are followed and project goals are met
• Assist supervisors and project managers in resolving issues that arise
• Identify errors, monitor the overall health of the case, and help create solutions
• Support quality assurance, deadlines, deliverables, and client-focused project outcomes

Client Services Project Lawyer

• Support the account management teams with various administrative service functions across Personal Insurance, Business Insurance, or Employee Benefits Departments
• Process notices of cancellations, non-renewals, and reinstatements notices
• Collect, complete and update census information
• Review and process applications, binders, endorsements, renewals and new business policies
• Handle billing questions, auto ID cards, requests for insurance verification from customers and mortgage/title/closing agents
• Prepare premium quotations on new business, renewal business, and any policy changes
