About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the account management teams with various administrative service functions across Personal Insurance, Business Insurance, or Employee Benefits Departments
Process notices of cancellations, non-renewals, and reinstatements notices
Collect, complete and update census information
Review and process applications, binders, endorsements, renewals and new business policies
Handle billing questions, auto ID cards, requests for insurance verification from customers and mortgage/title/closing agents
Prepare premium quotations on new business, renewal business, and any policy changes

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of insurance industry experience, ideally working in Personal Lines in a brokerage environment
Active P&C insurance license or willingness to obtain within first 90 days
Effective oral and written communication and relationship building skills essential
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Exceptional time management and organization skills as well as strong attention to detail
