About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As a Performance Analyst in the Client Report Services (CRS) group, you’ll be responsible for calculating and verifying portfolio returns and characteristics.
You’ll produce investment measurement reports that provide important insights into the performance of our client portfolios.
Calculate returns using custodial statements.
Reconcile returns with investment managers.
Obtain client information from investment managers/recordkeepers.
Generate portfolio characteristics.
Verify dividends/capital changes.
Interact with clients and consultants on report content.
Check returns and analysis for content and reasonability.
Respond to special requests.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in finance, statistics, mathematics, or related degree
0-2 years of professional work experience, preferably in finance or the investment industry. New college graduates are encouraged to apply.
Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
Have a familiarity/interest in the institutional investment market
Be self-motivated, accurate, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while meeting numerous deadlines
Be able to thrive in an unstructured environment
Resourceful and have a great deal of patience
Strong desire to learn and drive to excel
