• Own and evolve people operations functions, including performance management, employee development, career growth frameworks, and organizational planning.
• Serve as a trusted resource for managers and employees on people-related matters.
• Build scalable programs that strengthen company culture and employee engagement and wellbeing.

• Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the VP, Fusion Sales, helping translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
• Act as an extension of the VP in leadership discussions, cross-functional forums, and critical business initiatives
• Anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and proactively drive solutions that improve organizational effectiveness and business performance
• Prepare executive-level presentations, business reviews, strategic narratives, and leadership communications, translating data and operational insights into compelling narratives for senior executives and key stakeholders
• Design, manage, and continuously improve the operating cadence for the Fusion Sales organization, including leadership meetings, forecast reviews, QBRs, business reviews, planning cycles, and executive updates
• Ensure leadership discussions result in clear decisions, accountability, and follow-through
• Establish scalable operating mechanisms that improve execution without introducing unnecessary complexity
• Drive or partner on key rep productivity and operational initiatives across the Fusion Sales organization, as needed
• Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives involving Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Finance, Strategy, Operations, and other key stakeholders
• Align senior leaders around priorities, dependencies, risks, and execution plans
• Drive priority initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring business outcomes are achieved
• Champion the adoption of AI-powered tools and workflows to improve productivity, decision-making, operational efficiency, and scalability across the sales organization
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive work, streamline business processes, and improve the quality and speed of insights.

Chief of Staff – Fusion Sales

• Serve as a strategic partner, program leader, and operational integrator across the Infrastructure organization
• Drive execution of key initiatives, ensuring alignment across various platforms
• Own and coordinate the end-to-end Infrastructure roadmap
• Develop executive presentations and reporting, providing status, risks, and mitigation updates
• Oversee cross-functional programs and manage risks, dependencies, and execution alignment
• Coordinate events, staff meetings, and leadership forums
• Manage vendor and contract relationships across Infrastructure
• Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities

Program Manager – Chief of Staff

• Act as an advisor and right-hand to executives, managing upward to ensure alignment on priorities and execution
• Drive accountability across leadership teams, ensuring managers and executives meet performance goals and timelines
• Coach and elevate executive effectiveness, improving decision-making, communication, and team performance
• Lead initiatives that enhance executive performance, identifying opportunities and implementing scalable solutions
• Bring structure to ambiguity and fast-paced leadership environments, creating processes that can enable growth and efficiency

• Draft, proofread, and manage executive communications including emails, reports, and presentations
• Screen and prioritize incoming communications (emails, calls, requests)
• Maintain the operating rhythm for senior leaders, including meeting cadence, preparation, follow-ups, and communication flow
• Act as an extension of the executive team by helping leaders stay aligned, prepared, and responsive
• Help executives use tools, systems, and AI-enabled workflows to improve effectiveness and reduce administrative friction
• Coordinate communication across executive teams, ensuring collaboration and clarity

Associate Chief of Staff

• Partner with the CEO and COO as a trusted strategic operator, driving execution on the company’s highest-priority initiatives.
• Maximise executive leverage by structuring competing demands, prioritising enterprise impact, and ensuring leadership focus on what matters most.
• Run the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) operating cadence, enabling faster decisions, stronger alignment, and disciplined follow-through.
• Build and embed the company’s operating system, including planning cycles, performance reviews, and cross-functional execution rhythms.
• Own OKR and performance governance to ensure clear priorities, measurable outcomes, and leadership accountability.
• Translate enterprise data into clear performance narratives, surfacing value drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead CEO/COO-sponsored strategic initiatives and transformation programs with clear milestones, governance, and results.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams to accelerate execution.
• Prepare and support board-level and executive communications, ensuring clarity of strategy, performance, and decisions.
• Operate as a proactive, resilient problem-solver who anticipates challenges, drives accountability, and delivers measurable business impact.

• Serve as a strategic partner and the primary liaison between the CEO and the agency’s leadership team
• Translate the CEO’s vision into actionable results by directly managing the administrative and operational needs of the agency’s leadership team
• Focus on organizational alignment, ensuring that departmental leaders have clarity and resources to execute the CEO's directives
• Ensure the agency’s internal infrastructure remains high-performing
• Directly supervise and lead the agency’s senior leadership team
• Act as the primary translator of CEO directives
• Handle administrative tasks for the CEO’s direct reports
• Set and monitor clear performance metrics for each direct report
• Lead the resolution of operational roadblocks and conflicts among the leadership tier
• Partner with the CEO and VP to prepare for annual leadership meetings
