Chief of Staff

• Own zero-to-one and jump ball work — high-priority initiatives that don't yet have a logical internal owner.
• Drive them from framing through final recommendation or clean handoff. This means doing the IC work yourself: writing the memo, building the model, running the analysis.
• Run the FinOps operating cadence — own the Finance Leadership Team meeting end-to-end (agenda, prep, accountability), design and run leadership onsites and All Hands, and manage goal tracking across the org, surfacing risks before they become problems.
• Support the CFO's external customer relationships — both curated CFO community events and the one-on-one engagements that matter most to ServiceTitan's most strategic customers.
• Own the logistics, prep, and follow-up that makes those touchpoints consistently high-quality. Over time, develop your own relationships in that network.
• Be the person the CFO defaults to when something important needs to move fast and has no obvious owner.

• Act as an Extension of Executive Leadership
• Partner closely with the CEO and CTO to drive key initiatives and organizational priorities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and operational thought partner across the business.
• Help identify, triage, and resolve issues that require leadership attention before they become larger organizational challenges.
• Ensure important initiatives continue moving forward even when executive leadership is focused on external priorities such as fundraising, partnerships, and strategic growth efforts.
• Drive Organizational Effectiveness
• Improve communication, alignment, and collaboration across teams.
• Identify sources of friction, confusion, or inefficiency and proactively implement solutions.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination and help teams navigate competing priorities.
• Create processes and operating rhythms that improve execution and accountability.
• Support Strategic Initiatives
• Help coordinate major company initiatives, including product launches, organizational changes, and strategic projects.
• Track progress against company goals and ensure stakeholders remain aligned.
• Provide structure and follow-through on complex, cross-functional efforts.
• Lead People Operations
• Own and evolve people operations functions, including performance management, employee development, career growth frameworks, and organizational planning.
• Serve as a trusted resource for managers and employees on people-related matters.
• Build scalable programs that strengthen company culture and employee engagement and wellbeing.

• Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the VP, Fusion Sales, helping translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
• Act as an extension of the VP in leadership discussions, cross-functional forums, and critical business initiatives
• Anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and proactively drive solutions that improve organizational effectiveness and business performance
• Prepare executive-level presentations, business reviews, strategic narratives, and leadership communications, translating data and operational insights into compelling narratives for senior executives and key stakeholders
• Design, manage, and continuously improve the operating cadence for the Fusion Sales organization, including leadership meetings, forecast reviews, QBRs, business reviews, planning cycles, and executive updates
• Ensure leadership discussions result in clear decisions, accountability, and follow-through
• Establish scalable operating mechanisms that improve execution without introducing unnecessary complexity
• Drive or partner on key rep productivity and operational initiatives across the Fusion Sales organization, as needed
• Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives involving Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Finance, Strategy, Operations, and other key stakeholders
• Align senior leaders around priorities, dependencies, risks, and execution plans
• Drive priority initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring business outcomes are achieved
• Champion the adoption of AI-powered tools and workflows to improve productivity, decision-making, operational efficiency, and scalability across the sales organization
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive work, streamline business processes, and improve the quality and speed of insights.

Chief of Staff – Fusion Sales

• Serve as a strategic partner, program leader, and operational integrator across the Infrastructure organization
• Drive execution of key initiatives, ensuring alignment across various platforms
• Own and coordinate the end-to-end Infrastructure roadmap
• Develop executive presentations and reporting, providing status, risks, and mitigation updates
• Oversee cross-functional programs and manage risks, dependencies, and execution alignment
• Coordinate events, staff meetings, and leadership forums
• Manage vendor and contract relationships across Infrastructure
• Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities
