About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a strategic partner, program leader, and operational integrator across the Infrastructure organization
  • Drive execution of key initiatives, ensuring alignment across various platforms
  • Own and coordinate the end-to-end Infrastructure roadmap
  • Develop executive presentations and reporting, providing status, risks, and mitigation updates
  • Oversee cross-functional programs and manage risks, dependencies, and execution alignment
  • Coordinate events, staff meetings, and leadership forums
  • Manage vendor and contract relationships across Infrastructure
  • Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years managing large projects and/or small to medium programs (typically $4M-$10M)
  • Strong ability to promote, champion change; start with ‘yes’
  • Innovative leader with the ability to question status quo, influence change and provide forward thinking
  • Expertly operate with ambiguity and limited information
  • Strong soft skills and judgement; understands that leadership and people skills are critical success factors
  • Strong Project/Program Management Financial Acumen ability
  • Ability to communicate the need for change, its purpose, and its expected impact to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to be disciplined and flexible at the same time
  • Comfortable under pressure with the ability to manage to tight deadlines while maintaining quality and managing to an acceptable level of risk
  • Leading understanding of project management principles
