Chief Marketing Officer

• Own and orchestrate a global marketing strategy across brand, growth, content, and ecosystem expansion.
• Lead end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategies for token launches, major product releases, and platform milestones.
• Architect and execute GRVT’s Token Generation Event (TGE) strategy as a top priority.
• Design multi-phase campaign systems aligned with product, tokenomics, and partnership roadmaps.
• Shape market understanding of token utility, governance, and staking mechanisms for a sophisticated DeFi audience.
• Design and scale GRVT’s community as a strategic growth and liquidity layer.
• Architect network effects across X (Twitter), Discord, Telegram, and emerging platforms.
• Build structured community systems that convert users into advocates, liquidity providers, and long-term ecosystem participants.
• Define and evolve GRVT’s positioning as a category-defining exchange.

Head of Marketing

• Own the entire marketing function - user acquisition, monetization, engagement, community, creative, and affiliate growth
• Define and execute the overall marketing strategy while staying close to execution
• Own and manage a growing marketing budget - responsible deployment, healthy ROAS and CAC
• Scale paid acquisition across channels and drive full-funnel performance
• Own monetisation strategy - pricing, IAP, event economy - in collaboration with product
• Plan and oversee an events programme that drives engagement across different player cohorts
• Manage and develop the creative function (ads, brand, content, quality)
• Grow affiliate and partnership channels
• Build and manage agency and account manager relationships, ensuring performance and accountability
• Report on performance and drive data-informed decision-making
• Work cross-functionally with product and operations to align marketing with LiveOps and platform performance
• Identify and build strategic external relationships

• Define and execute the comprehensive go-to-market strategy for Atlas Oracle
• Craft and refine the Atlas Oracle brand story and ensure consistent messaging
• Design and execute GTM campaigns tailored to target segments
• Oversee the creation of high-impact technical and business content
• Build and nurture a community of developers and DeFi enthusiasts

Head of Marketing, Growth

• Assist and support the marketing manager and brand manager to plan all brand activities such as: In-store promotions, launches, animations and consumer events to drive brand awareness and retail sales
• Support on event logistics including: sourcing for venue, food & beverage, materials event items, set up, engagement and briefing of all parties involved to drive event to succession
• Support on contractor and agency management including: getting quotations, briefing of agency/contractor/partners on specific brand needs follow up on the execution of the project
• Propose and lead the planning and execution of all communications for marketing and trade activities. (Digital and print)
• Planning of PR events and activities for your brand portfolio with activities such as: press invitation and liaison, RSVP, and event management
• Research and collation of market, competitive and business information and any ad-hoc marketing needs of the team
• Support the brand team in animation and monthly reporting duties when needed
• Assist in administrative responsibilities such as invoice processing and sampling/tester management
• Assist in brand visual merchandising needs such as changing of trans and upgrading of counters
