Marketing Executive
@ASK TrainingMarketing Executive driving multi-channel campaigns and collaborating across teams at ASK Training Pte Ltd. Supporting various marketing initiatives including digital and offline channels in a hybrid work environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital channels (social media, email, search, paid ads) and offline channels (events, print, partnerships)
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence, including content planning, posting, and community engagement
- Create marketing collaterals such as EDMs, brochures, social media graphics, and presentation decks
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies (e.g., design, printing, ad platforms) to deliver campaign assets and media buys on time and within budget
- Track and report on campaign performance (leads, conversions, ROI) and provide recommendations for improvement
- Support lead generation efforts and work with the sales team to ensure quality leads are passed through and followed up
- Assist in organizing marketing events, webinars, and roadshows
- Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategy
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources
- Support branding initiatives to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience (fresh graduates with strong portfolios may be considered)
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp/EDM tools)
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
