• Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and execute a comprehensive data analytics strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives and growth targets.
• Develop strong partnerships across Jane to collaborate with leaders from Dev, Product, Marketing and Support on prioritizing data informed decision making and supporting departments with their roadmaps.
• Identify opportunities to leverage data to drive innovation and enhance operational efficiency, continuously innovating data management practices to ensure future-proofed implementations.
• Manage and improve our existing analytics pipeline, including software and processes and vendor management, while implementing and integrating new visualization tools

Director of Business Intelligence

• Establish and evolve a centralized Go-to-Market analytics function supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership
• Own the development and governance of core GTM KPIs across pipeline, revenue, retention, expansion, product adoption, customer health, and operational performance
• Build repeatable analytics workflows that reduce ad hoc analysis dependency and create sustainable self-service capabilities

• Reporting to the Senior Manager – Analytics & Insights – the Business Insights Analyst II will engage and utilize their analytical skills to provide value added information to business stakeholders.
• Manage, update, and maintain pricing model worksheet and profitability reports for consumption of product partners.
• Liaison with a variety of teams (TBSM, Capital, Risk, Finance) to understand changes to financial variables and its impact to the model's output.
• Build self-serve dashboards using Power BI , effectively visualizing the right data.
• Ensure integrity of data, reconciling data sources, and developing quality checks.
• Continually optimize, improve, and strengthen business analytical process and framework.
• Pro-actively identify opportunities for the business to maximize shareholder value through provisioning of analytics discovery and business insights.
• Provide consultation and recommendations by highlighting impacts from a quantitative point of view.
• Build visual aids (i.e. charts, tables, trend analysis, etc.) to relay findings to a wide range of audiences.

• Establish and maintain a cloud hosted data lake
• Review our ETL services to transfer data from our data sources to the data lake and from the data lake to our Power BI reports and other systems
• Manage our API keys, OAuth settings and necessary access to allow for our different services to authenticate with the data lake
• Optimize data refreshes to provide timely, accurate and complete data that works within the API parameters of our subscribed services with minimal downtime
• Use the source data available in our data lake to normalize, transform and link our data together for the purposes of executing business intelligence calculations and reporting
• Write calculations in Power BI to create business intelligence reports to meet Mako’s reporting needs
• Establish checks and balances to identify if key data is missing from source systems to facilitate accurate and complete business intelligence reporting
• Work with other Mako stakeholders to ensure reporting is accurate and meeting requirements
• Create necessary audit support for business intelligence calculations to give users confidence that reporting is accurate, timely and complete
