Business Development Rep

• Define and execute the growth strategy across new business, existing accounts, and partnerships — with full ownership of the BD function
• Drive new business revenue generation and meeting assigned annual sales quotas consistently
• Carry a personal quota while also leading, coaching, and holding accountable a cross-functional team (sales, pre-sales, marketing)
• Develop relationships with key buyers and decision makers at new and or existing clients;
• Own forecasting, KPI reporting, and BD budget planning for executive and board visibility
• Shape Intellectsoft’s positioning and messaging in target markets (North America, UK, Europe)
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships, referral channels, and ecosystem relationships
• Preparing sales forecasts and KPIs for organisational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning
• Lead the pre-sales process with engineering and delivery leads — grounding every proposal in client needs and realistic delivery

Head of Business Development

• Identify and attract new affiliates: KOLs, influencers, trading schools, etc.
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze affiliate performance data to scale partnerships and inform decisions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with the product team to optimize offerings and attract quality users.

Affiliate Business Development Manager

• Seeking and targeting new customers and sales opportunities, initiating action plans to approach and secure new business for the Company, with a focus on AI-driven solutions and services
• Participating personally and actively in the sales process, delivering presentations to customers, developing new opportunities, and managing customers throughout the entire sales cycle
• Identifying the expectations and constraints of potential clients and ensuring that the Company’s proposals align with their business needs in the best possible way
• Driving the contract signing process and related negotiations
• Preparing and developing relevant documentation, including case studies, contracts, work orders, presentations, and other sales materials
• Ensuring a smooth transition of new accounts to the Delivery team
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the sales CRM, ensuring all relevant information is properly documented and proposals meet profitability KPIs
• Building and continuously expanding a strong network of professional connections relevant to the Company’s services
• Continuously increasing company revenue and expanding the customer base
• Analyzing relevant conferences, AI-related events, and market opportunities
• Maintaining a high level of expertise in focus domains through continuous learning
• Developing, maintaining, and strengthening long-term business relationships with the Company’s customers.
