• Prospect, sign, and activate Travel Advisors and agency accounts across your territory.
• Execute a territory plan: call cadences, agency visits, trade shows, consortium events, and virtual presentations.
• Hit monthly and quarterly new-activation targets.
• Reactivate lapsed advisors and convert them into consistent producers.
• Own booking volume across your active advisor book; accountable to quarterly revenue quotas.
• Serve as the primary EF Go Ahead Tours contact for top-producing advisors, delivering training, promotional support, and account-level plans that include co-op marketing.
• Attend tradeshows, consortium events, and industry conferences.
• Equip advisors with co-op materials and booking incentives in collaboration with Marketing.
• Maintain accurate CRM data; track pipeline, activities, and booking attribution.
• Report on KPIs weekly and, as a founding channel member, contribute to the advisor program playbook, portal requirements, and commission tier design.

Progress deals efficiently while adhering to commercial guidelines Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and CRM hygiene Deliver a professional and consistent customer buying experience Navigate complex organizations to find the right prospects and deliver compelling value proposition to solve their pain points
• Cross-Sell & “Better Together” Execution Identify opportunities to introduce different elements of Velotic portfolio based on customer needs Articulate integrated use cases across IIoT, analytics, and application workflows Execute cross-sell motions independently and in partnership with Account Executives Document use cases, stakeholders, and buying criteria Partnering with Account Executives Support Account Executives on strategic enterprise opportunities Deliver well-qualified, sales-ready opportunities with strong discovery Ensure seamless handoffs for larger or more complex deals Maintain alignment throughout the opportunity lifecycle
• Sales Process, Tools & Discipline Follow defined outbound cadences and qualification frameworks Maintain accurate CRM data including activities, pipeline, and forecasts Utilize sales engagement and enablement tools consistently Participate in onboarding, training, and coaching sessions Provide feedback on messaging, lead quality, and performance

Business Development Representative

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, engineers, architects, consultants, and industry partners

• Deliver sales presentations to clients to promote the value proposition of Spear Bio.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of Neuroscience market dynamics and technology adoption which positions Spear Bio as a superior, best-in-class solution.
• Promote our kit sales by providing various instrument and Assay Service solutions to generate ongoing market adoption and revenue growth.
• Provide a funnel to be managed by senior Business Development Managers
• Be on-point for all customer logistics and follow up: Demos, information sharing, and other key technical details requested to engage our customers.
• Utilize your existing network of high-level scientific customers within Big Pharma, Biotech, CROs, & Academic market segments, as well as knowledge of IVD markets including LDTs.
• Achieve a consistent track record exceeding quotas, revenue targets, and increasing market share in your primary territory/region.
• Provide technical support to many of our Key Opinion Leaders throughout the US/EMEA.
• Work closely with our internal Marketing team and contribute to driving lead generation programs that can enhance our outreach in all regions.
• Work closely with our Assay Services leader to support funnel building of this area, as well as provide Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to our R&D teams on market dynamics gained with our commercial activity.
• Jointly build a sales plan with personal and professional goals that will provide the best metrics for success in the role.
• Provide regular updates on activity, forecasting, and funnel movement to assist in the transparency of activity driving strong revenue outcomes.
• Apply insight on current competitive landscape to develop strategies enabling Spear Bio to win in a competitive market where we have a strong scientific advantage.
• Approximately 30-40% travel expected directly with customers and/or partners to achieve the sales results expected.
