Business Development Rep

• Manage and grow the entire Mercury Marine dealer network within sales zone
• Build relationships with dealers, OEM’s, customers
• Develop strategic territory growth plans
• Coach, consult, develop, and grow sales volume, market share
• Develop a strategy to service existing accounts
• Monitor weekly reports and take action as needed
• Work in National, Regional and local boat shows
• Utilize computer and CRM tools to manage customer accounts
• Assure that sales and marketing activities comply with corporate policies

Business Development Manager

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, engineers, architects, consultants, and industry partners
• Identify new business opportunities, project leads, and potential market growth areas
• Support long-term business development efforts through customer engagement and relationship management
• Collaborate with internal sales and leadership teams to support territory growth initiatives
• Represent the company professionally during customer meetings, project discussions, trade shows, and industry events
• Provide technical guidance and design support during project planning, design, specification, and specification phases
• Partner customers and project teams with product selection, provide technical information, and application support
• Support contractors, project teams, and engineers during bidding, proposal, and submittal phases
• Conduct jobsite visits, field evaluations, and site assessments to identify opportunities and support project development
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and educational sessions for customers and industry professionals
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business and product opportunities
• Drive strategic initiatives to expand market presence, strengthen customer partnerships, and support long-term growth
• Assist with the development of technical marketing materials, specification resources, and product documentation
• Provide field feedback and market insight to internal engineering, marketing, and product teams

Business Development Engineer – Foundation Solutions

• Conduct 50 outbound professional calls per week
• Schedule and complete 5 in-person meetings per week
• Attend at least 1 networking event per week
• Track KPI metrics using structured performance model
• Support field sales events when needed

Business Development Coordinator

• New business growth. Targeting a specific set of new “logos” and selling strategic programs into those accounts.
• Build and execute strategy to grow the commercial and strategic relationships with our largest clients.
• Develop relationships and credibility required to effectively convey the value of BHN’s solutions and vision to C-level executives.
• Skillfully manage a complex sales environments utilizing excellent negotiation, relationship and presentation skills.
• Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders across BHN to achieve desired results.
• Achieve strong customer satisfaction scores from clients.
• Provide strong administration skills to report sales/client activity
