Business Analyst

• Driving business requirements and business readiness activities for the rollout of OneShop
• Acting as a central interface between business stakeholders, IT teams and related business functions
• Ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, aligned and successfully translated into functional specifications and user stories
• Supporting the client throughout the rollout by facilitating workshops, coordinating testing activities, and identifying business-related dependencies
• Ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are prepared for the implementation of OneShop
• Maintaining structured and transparent project documentation and supporting continuous improvement of business-analysis and requirements-management processes

Business Analyst – OneShop Rollout

• Capture and structure customer requirements as the bridge between what the customer wants and what Oper delivers
• Run discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders at our DACH customers
• Capture functional and business requirements in clear, well-structured documentation
• Map requirements to Oper's product and identify what works out-of-the-box, what needs configuration, and what genuinely needs engineering
• Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications
• Analyze integration points and review technical API documentation from core banking systems
• Make smart, pragmatic recommendations on integration methods and configuration
• Lead training sessions for end users and customer champions
• Use AI tools to scaffold documentation and automate processes

• Support IT solutions and ensure that all functional and non-functional requirements are met
• Act as the point of contact for our business units on IT matters related to the IT solutions you manage
• Work with an agile approach (SAFe framework) in software development with a particular focus on requirements management according to IREB and on test management methods according to ISTQB
• Collaborate actively within the team and apply your acquired knowledge directly in practice
