About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support IT solutions and ensure that all functional and non-functional requirements are met
- Act as the point of contact for our business units on IT matters related to the IT solutions you manage
- Work with an agile approach (SAFe framework) in software development with a particular focus on requirements management according to IREB and on test management methods according to ISTQB
- Collaborate actively within the team and apply your acquired knowledge directly in practice
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree from a university of applied sciences or university in (business) informatics/computer science, or equivalent qualification through several years of professional experience, ideally in the insurance or banking sector
- Solid knowledge of the IREB and ISTQB methodology standards (ideally certified)
- Professional experience in a software development company as a Business Analyst/Designer, preferably in a complex IT environment
- Experience in release management
- Good knowledge of MS Office and JIRA/Confluence, as well as the ability to write SQL queries
- Experience with AI tools is desirable
- Excellent German and English language skills
