About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Capture and structure customer requirements as the bridge between what the customer wants and what Oper delivers
Run discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders at our DACH customers
Capture functional and business requirements in clear, well-structured documentation
Map requirements to Oper's product and identify what works out-of-the-box, what needs configuration, and what genuinely needs engineering
Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications
Analyze integration points and review technical API documentation from core banking systems
Make smart, pragmatic recommendations on integration methods and configuration
Lead training sessions for end users and customer champions
Use AI tools to scaffold documentation and automate processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 to 3 years of experience in consulting (Big-4, boutique strategy/tech, or implementation consulting)
Fluent in German and English
Comfortable reading API documentation, understanding integration patterns, and configuring software
AI-native: familiarity with modern AI tooling as a core part of your workflow
Action-oriented, with a knack for getting things done in ambiguous situations
Familiarity with the European mortgage market or financial services more broadly is a bonus
Experience with enterprise SaaS implementations, integrations, or workflow configuration
Comfortable in a fast-growing, evolving SaaS environment
