• Draft complaints, amended complaints, and other pleadings for plaintiff-side litigation matters
• Draft and respond to interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admission, and other discovery requests
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal research platforms
• Prepare legal memoranda and case summaries
• Assist with motion drafting, including motions to compel, motions for summary judgment, and related filings

• Collaborating closely with fellow LEA'S based in Hyderabad, as well as colleagues in the US and the UK
• Conduct comprehensive research, both within legal frameworks and beyond, as required.
• Review the content in document templates to ensure that the content renders properly on the live site and solve template usage problems as and when they arise.
• Proof-read content to ensure that there are no typographical errors or broken links on the live site.

• Own end-to-end vendor creation and maintenance in T360, including onboarding of new law firms, legal service providers, and consultants.
• Coordinate with Finance and Procurement to ensure all vendors meet Organon’s approval requirements prior to activation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor-related questions, ensuring timely resolution and accurate records in T360.
• Review, process, and resolve invoice exceptions and discrepancies submitted through T360 by outside counsel and legal vendors.
• Assist with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance activities as they relate to the T360 system, including documentation of internal controls, evidence gathering, and audit support.
• Develop and maintain regular operational reports covering vendor spend, invoice status, outstanding exceptions, and T360 system health for Legal leadership.
