Requirements

What you’ll need

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Minimum **2 years of experience** in the **Investment Funds** practice group of a corporate law firm.
Strong familiarity with investment fund documentation, including **Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs), Subscription Agreements, and Side Letters**.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with the capability to translate legal expertise into structured, actionable feedback.
Demonstrated interest in legal innovation and emerging technologies.
