Assessor

• Conduct in person comprehensive initial and reassessment evaluations for individuals referred for ABA services
• Administer, score, and interpret standardized assessment tools (adaptive behavior, skill-based assessments, FBAs, and more)
• Conduct caregiver, educator, and stakeholder interviews to gather clinical context
• Observe clients across home, school, clinic, and community environments
• Synthesize data into clear, clinically sound treatment recommendations
• Prepare detailed assessment reports aligned with payer, regulatory, and organizational requirements
• Determine medical necessity and recommend appropriate service levels and goals
• Collaborate with intake and authorization teams to support insurance approvals
• Provide consultation to clinical leadership regarding assessment findings
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation

BCBA Assessor

• Serve as the Lead Assessor on CMMC Level 2 certification assessments
• Lead scoping, pre-assessment readiness reviews, and finalization of the assessment plan
• Direct evidence collection and validation across all 110 NIST SP 800-171 Rev 2 security requirements
• Make and defend final determinations for each requirement
• Assign and supervise the work of Certified CMMC Assessors (CCAs)
• Author and review the final assessment report
• Serve as the primary point of contact with the OSC
• Ensure all assessment activities comply with the Cyber AB Code of Professional Conduct

Lead Certified CMMC Assessor

• Conduct CMMC Level 2 certification assessment activities as a member of the assessment team under the direction of the Lead Assessor (LCCA).
• Examine documentation and artifacts, interview personnel, and test security controls across the 110 NIST SP 800-171 Rev 2 requirements using NIST SP 800-171A methods.
• Document findings and recommend MET / NOT MET / NOT APPLICABLE determinations for assigned requirements, with supporting evidence.
• Support development of the assessment plan, scope validation, and pre-assessment readiness reviews.
• Contribute to the assessment report and support POA&M closeout activities within the required timeframe.
• Maintain assessment evidence and working papers in accordance with C3PAO procedures and ISO/IEC 17020:2012.
• Adhere to the Cyber AB Code of Professional Conduct, conflict-of-interest, ethics, and impartiality requirements at all times.
