Architect

• Develop and implement architectural guardrails to ensure compliance and support reliable delivery of technology solutions
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into optimized technology solutions supporting subscription billing, recurring revenue management, and digital marketplace capabilities
• Work closely with business partners during conceptualization and vision stages of new projects, helping define solution options that support business reasons prior to project funding and startup
• Create and present high-level solution designs, plans, and roadmaps to guide development and leadership decisions
• Support the product lifecycle from business discussions through test and deployment, including subscription product modeling, billing integrations, requirement refinement, and data design to meet business needs
• Mentor and coach team members on best practices to strengthen technical capabilities and promote knowledge sharing
• Own the evaluation and implementation of infrastructure, processes, and tools to evolve technology services, including subscription platforms, API integrations, cloud-native services, and technology modernization initiatives

Senior Domain Architect

• Deliver detailed presentations and demonstrations of partner technologies to internal teams and clients.
• Develop and maintain technical sales tools and documentation, including: Sizing guidelines, Best practice and integration guides, Solution design and implementation documentation.
• Lead use case development and create reusable demonstration assets.
• Build and execute enablement sessions and workshops for sales and technical teams.
• Define and document solution architectures, product matrices, and roadmap alignment for partner technologies.
• Provide SKU guidance, bundling strategies, and partner service mapping to drive consistent solution delivery.
• Collaborate with client advisory and delivery teams to ensure alignment with best practices and deployment standards.
• Validate service offerings and scoping for technical accuracy and consistency.
• Support client retention and technology optimization through advisory and best-practice assessments.
• Conduct client workshops to maximize solution adoption and identify upsell opportunities.
• Partner with Client Solution Architects to ensure clients realize full value from their technology investments.

Partner Architect

• Lead project designs, direct other architects and designers to complete architectural designs in accordance with accepted practices and company standards.
• Assist with and lead the development of contract documents, including Revit models, drawings, details, specifications, and installation scopes of work.
• Lead the development and maintenance of Revit standards, templates, and libraries.
• Work with the Department Manager for team improvements, technology needs, sales strategies, proposal development, and production efficiency.
• Mentor other architects and designers to facilitate a learning experience for subordinate personnel.
• Manage discipline project budgets utilizing Work Breakdown Structures Report (WBS), segregating tasks and associated costs in accordance with the scope of work outlined in project proposals.
• Supervise and direct assigned project personnel and control projects, including productivity, resource hours used, project changes, and adherence to predefined scope of services.
• Maintain and submit accurate budget and schedule forecasts to the Project Manager, Department Manager, and Client for evaluation of productivity and schedule variance.
• Maintain project correspondence file to include project-related memos, letters, scope change documentation, and associated documents.
• Maintain positive client relations and develop potential work opportunities.

• Own the end-to-end systems architecture for Slingshot's mission software and data ecosystem.
• Define architecture principles, technical standards, integration patterns, and design review processes across Slingshot Portal.
• Ensure Slingshot's architecture supports secure deployment models, interoperability with customer mission systems, and integration of proprietary, customer, government, and third-party data sources.
• Partner with product and engineering leaders to align architecture roadmaps with customer mission needs.
• Strengthen, scale, and lead Slingshot's mission assurance function for software-intensive and hardware-enabled space operations capabilities.
• Mature repeatable assurance processes for requirements management, design control, safety and risk analysis, verification and validation, configuration management, technical review governance.
• Define the assurance approach for AI/ML-enabled space operations capabilities.
• Establish bi-directional traceability from customer needs and mission threads to requirements, architecture, data and model dependencies, verification evidence, operational procedures, and product releases.

Vice President, System Architecture, Mission Assurance

• Develop the overall application architecture, including the design and implementation of new systems and the evolution of existing systems.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, including guidance on design and development best practices.
• Ensure alignment of application systems with LADOTD overall technology strategy and business goals.
• Collaborate with LADOTD stakeholders, project managers, and other IT teams to define and prioritize application requirements.
• Research and evaluate new technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Mentor and train development teams on new technologies and best practices.

Application Architect

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of RMS implementations, including solution design, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support
• Possess technical aptitude to configure and implement workflows, forms, and data structures within configurable platforms
• Translate customer business requirements into scalable technical configurations and user workflows
• Oversee RMS implementation across workstreams, including integrations and hardware components
• Establish and standardize best practices for RMS delivery across customers
• Facilitate customer workshops to gather requirements, validate workflows, and drive alignment
• Deliver engaging, high-quality training sessions (in-person and virtual) for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Lead product demonstrations, working sessions, and launch events with confidence and clarity

RMS Architect

• Own the end-to-end architectural integrity of the Palantir Technologies Foundry platform
• Lead architecture decisions for complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple business units
• Translate business objectives and product strategies into scalable execution roadmaps
• Identify architectural risks early and develop practical mitigation strategies
• Establish architectural standards for ontology-driven data modeling and application development patterns
• Define scalable, supportable patterns for data operations and system integration methodologies
• Ensure security controls, performance optimization, reliability, and cost efficiency are embedded into platform design
• Promote the use of AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices
• Define, implement, and maintain enterprise architecture standards and governance guardrails
• Mentor and coach senior engineers and technical leads to elevate architectural standards across the organization.

Senior Architect

• Develop room adjacencies, blocking diagrams, and building layouts based on operational and process requirements
• Plan facilities that integrate manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse, office, and employee support spaces such as locker rooms and break areas
• Support projects ranging from greenfield facilities to complex renovations within operational buildings
• Prepare planning diagrams, programming documents, and early design narratives
• Travel occasionally for project meetings and site visits (typically up to once per month)

Project Architect – Facility Planner

• Hiring and mentoring an architectural history team in the western Great Lakes Region under your direct supervision
• Developing goals and work plans for mid-and-junior level team members
• Creating a business plan for the region in coordination with the eastern Great Lakes team leader, the business center office leader, and regional growth leaders
• Ensuring high-quality architectural history projects, that include background research, built environment field work, contextual analysis, recommendations of NRHP eligibility, and report preparation
• Developing and maintaining historic architectural work with internal Stantec Project Managers, and external clients, as developed in business plan
• Performing project management duties, such as scoping, costing, and invoicing in collaboration with the project accounting team
• Coordinating with other Stantec staff to ensure the quality of data, field work, and documentation
