About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and implement architectural guardrails to ensure compliance and support reliable delivery of technology solutions
Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into optimized technology solutions supporting subscription billing, recurring revenue management, and digital marketplace capabilities
Work closely with business partners during conceptualization and vision stages of new projects, helping define solution options that support business reasons prior to project funding and startup
Create and present high-level solution designs, plans, and roadmaps to guide development and leadership decisions
Support the product lifecycle from business discussions through test and deployment, including subscription product modeling, billing integrations, requirement refinement, and data design to meet business needs
Mentor and coach team members on best practices to strengthen technical capabilities and promote knowledge sharing
Own the evaluation and implementation of infrastructure, processes, and tools to evolve technology services, including subscription platforms, API integrations, cloud-native services, and technology modernization initiatives
Support solution implementation by coordinating with development, infrastructure, testing, and support teams
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience
Acceptable areas of study include Technology
4-7 years Experience with enterprise level database systems such as Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server or others, emphasis on Teradata

Experience crafting or integrating enterprise platforms supporting subscription management, billing, payments, recurring revenue, or digital commerce ecosystems
Experience with API architecture, integration design, and platform modernization initiatives
Experience working in Agile product delivery environments with multi-functional partners such as Product Management, Engineering, Finance, and Operations
Familiarity with cloud platforms, microservices architecture, or cloud-native service patterns
Exposure to subscription billing or commerce platforms
Familiarity with Agentic AI Development proficiencies or Claude Development tools
Enterprise architecture, cloud architecture, data architecture, Agile delivery, subscription billing, commerce platform, or API integration certification preferred, such as TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, Certified ScrumMaster
