Senior Analyst – Transactions

• Deliver responsive first-line IT support and maintain accurate, auditable control of hardware and software assets across the K3 Group.
• Act as the critical link between users, Tier 2 support, external providers and IT leadership to ensure consistent service delivery, rapid resolution and regulatory compliance across multiple subsidiaries and time zones.
• Act as first point of contact (Level 1) for IT incidents and service requests; triage, log and prioritise tickets in line with SLAs; escalate to Level 2, infrastructure and external providers as required.
• Provide remote support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID) and business applications including Turnkey IPS and Virtual Cabinet.
• Manage user account lifecycle: provisioning, access changes and de-provisioning in line with Access Control Policy and least-privilege principles.
• Own and maintain the IT asset register; manage procurement, asset allocation, transfer, refresh scheduling and secure disposal.
• Conduct periodic audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Track software licence entitlements across subsidiaries; flag over-use, under-use or renewal dates to mitigate compliance and budget risk.
• Support new-starter onboarding and leaver offboarding; maintain service desk knowledge base; produce ticket metrics reports.
• Apply Information Security Policy, Access Control Policy and Data Protection standards in all activities.
• Escalate suspected incidents or breaches promptly to IT leadership.

IT Service Desk Analyst

• Oversee all IT procurement for the location including identifying vendors, evaluating solutions, and ensuring seamless delivery of IT assets
• Collaborate closely with local management and coordinate with IT leadership, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of IT Desktop Support based in India.
• Manage a broad spectrum of IT functions, from partnering with the network team on troubleshooting network and wireless issues to working alongside the systems team for server-related concerns

• Successful onboarding and offboarding of employees on start date
• IT procurement for international offices, especially for workstations and accessories
• Support local IT procurement and vendor coordination for the Malaysia region

Desktop Analyst

• Ensure timely resolution of client and internal Remediation requests according to SLAs
• Own resolution of client level 1 Remediation queries within agreed first response timescales
• Act as a liaison between client and other ethiXbase teams
• Contribute to the knowledge base by creating and updating content
• Collaborate with the global Remediation and Research team
• Continuously learn new ethiXbase products and related technologies

Due Diligence Analyst – Remediation

• Global Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Compliance: Lead data collection, validation, and calculations for EPR programs across SEA and global markets. Manage EPR registrations, submissions, renewals, and ensure timely compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Interpret global EPR requirements, translate them into data needs, and work cross-functionally to ensure readiness.
• Sustainability Operations & Accounting: Track and maintain sustainability metrics including packaging footprints, emissions related data, recycled content, and material throughput. Support sustainability accounting related to packaging fees, EPR obligations, carbon reporting inputs, and materials flow. Maintain clear documentation, methodological notes, and audit ready data trails.
• Data Systems, Dashboards & Reporting: Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards for EPR, packaging, and sustainability KPIs. Build automated and standardized reporting workflows to improve visibility for leadership and cross-functional partners. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems and regions.
• Packaging Data & Materials Expertise: Review and validate packaging specifications, BOMs, material types, and weights. Support teams in understanding packaging material sustainability (e.g., recyclability, composition, additives, multi material structures). Partner with Packaging Engineering and suppliers to improve packaging data quality and alignment with sustainability targets.
• Supplier Engagement & Capability Building: Work directly with SEA suppliers to collect high quality sustainability data, packaging specs, and compliance documentation. Provide training and ongoing guidance to suppliers on EPR, packaging requirements, and sustainability data expectations. Build strong working relationships to support continuous improvement in data quality and traceability.
• Regulatory Readiness (Including Digital Product Passport): Monitor global regulatory trends, especially packaging waste rules, EPR expansions, and digital traceability requirements. Partner closely with internal Product Safety & Compliance and Legal Compliance teams. Support cross-functional efforts to prepare product level and supply chain data for future regulations such as the EU Digital Product Passport (DPP). Translate regulatory implications into data requirements and supplier expectations early in the development cycle. Liaise with internal sales teams to manage retailer requirements and questionnaires accordingly.

Sustainability, EPR Analyst

• Monitor how oil and gas companies adapt their upstream and corporate strategies to incorporate the energy transition.
• Assess oil and gas companies’ commitments and performance in New Energies.
• Research emerging energy transition developments affecting upstream oil and gas to support content generation.
• Monitor, collate and standardize event information to support dataset development; identify trends from the collected information and datasets, assist in generating insights on the transformation of upstream players.
• Collaborate with other analysts to draft insights on the companies’ initiatives in New Energies; as well as writing individual pieces of research.
