• Manage a portfolio of 25+ members in State and Local Government organizations
• Help members find solutions and execute on their strategies
• Conduct briefings, strategy sessions, and workshops, both virtual and onsite

Executive Partner, CIO Advisory – State & Local Government Clients

• Manage day-to-day relationships with affiliate and CPA network partners
• Track campaign performance metrics — clicks, conversions, EPC, and ROI
• Onboard new affiliates and ensure they have the creative assets and links they need
• Identify top-performing offers and flag underperformers for review
• Coordinate with content and social teams to align affiliate promotions with campaigns
• Maintain accurate records of affiliate agreements, payouts, and performance benchmarks
• Research new affiliate opportunities and emerging CPA networks

Affiliate Marketing Coordinator

• Reviews and approves marketing materials against work papers to ensure quality and adherence to Pathward, Network, and Regulatory guidelines.
• Participates on the Partner relationship team. Establishes and maintains strong relationships with Partners through regular communication via phone, email, and meetings.
• Collaborates with internal teams, including legal, compliance, and network operations, to address client needs and deliver solutions.
• Facilitates, drives, and completes department specific program implementation tasks.
• Completes submissions of programs to payment networks for their review and approval.
• Trains Partners on and monitors their use of the marketing submission portal.
• Manages the self approval process for assigned Partners by training them on the process, encouraging utilization, and ensuring Partners are meeting and maintaining qualification levels.
• Maintains a thorough understanding of assigned Partners and their programs.
• Builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conducts periodic reviews of Partners compliance to guidelines and rules and completes reports of the findings.
• Remediates applicable Compliance Review findings.
• Meets and maintains all Service Level Agreements as defined by department criteria.
• Meets and maintains acceptable Quality Review scores as defined by department criteria.
• Participates in enterprise projects relating to existing Partner assignments.

Partner Quality Specialist I

• Serve as a primary point of contact for channel partners regarding order status, billing questions, commissions inquiries, and general program support.
• Support onboarding of new partners, including documentation, portal access, training coordination, and internal setup tasks.
• Maintain positive working relationships with partners to promote engagement and satisfaction.
• Assist with partner communications related to promotions, updates, and program initiatives.
• Track partner-submitted opportunities from order submission through installation and billing.
• Coordinate with internal teams including provisioning, service delivery, engineering, billing, and finance to support timely order completion.
• Provide proactive updates to partners regarding milestones, delays, and completion timelines.
• Maintain accurate opportunity, customer, contract, and partner records in Salesforce and related systems.
• Create and maintain standard reports and dashboards for leadership and sales teams.
• Support user access, data cleanup, and system accuracy.
• Generate recurring reports related to bookings, pipeline activity, partner performance, and sales results.
• Support sales teams with lead-to-quote coordination and internal follow-up.
• Monitor activity trends that may impact customer service or sales productivity.
• Track partner commissions and assist in validating payout accuracy.
• Coordinate with finance teams regarding payment status and commission inquiries.
• Maintain organized records of agreements, commission schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with planning and logistics for partner events, webinars, trade shows, and sponsorship activities.
• Help track leads and follow-up actions resulting from events.
• Support updates to partner-facing materials and internal documentation.

Channel Partner Specialist

• Coordinates and administers employee leave requests —including FMLA, ADA/EOA accommodations, Disability, Workers’ Compensation, Personal Leave, and departmental leave categories—ensuring timely intake, documentation, and processing in collaboration with PCB.
• Serve as the division resources across union and non-union groups for employees, supervisors, and leaders on leave processes, timelines and required documentation, provide general guidance and refer complex or sensitive matters to PCB subject matter experts.
• Process all leave transactions in Oracle, ensuring accurate coding and timely updates to employment records, and close coordination with payroll to ensure correct pay adjustments.
• Collaborate with PCB on leave cases; maintain detailed and accurate leave records; analyze leave data to identify trends and recommend departmental process improvements.
• Develop and deliver training for supervisors on departmental leave procedures, legal requirements, and best practices. Ensure the division meets all compliance obligations.
• Provide guidance to employees and supervisors on workplace concerns, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution; collaborate with PCB on routine employee relations inquiries during high‑volume periods.
• Conduct or assist with workplace investigations across the division as needed, gathering and documenting relevant information, preparing reports in partnership with PCB, and identifying or escalating risks to ensure a fair, compliant, and legally sound work environment.
• Develop and sustain strong working relationships with division leaders and the PCB team to ensure collaboration and mutual support.
• Address employee inquiries and concerns promptly, equitably, and with a courteous approach, ensuring a positive experience.
• Skillfully prioritize tasks, consulting with leadership when facing competing demands to maintain focus on key organizational priorities.
• Demonstrate urgency and attentiveness in meeting deadlines, with a strong consideration for employee impact and workplace efficiency.
• Provide staff with advice on routine administrative processes, escalating complex cases to the appropriate leadership for resolution.
• Act as the HCM specialist, overseeing payroll transactions, investigate payroll discrepancies, offering guidance to management and employees to resolve issues timely, and collaborating with PCB on employment action as necessary.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Oracle HR functions and their financial implications, ensuring accurate processing and system connectivity.
• Analyze and process complex Oracle transactions with a clear understanding of their broader organizational impact.
• Manage all leave-related transactions in Oracle for employees at every level, from initiating a leave request through return‑to‑work processing or separation of employment when applicable, ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely processing within the department.
• Ensure timely and accurate weekly timecard submissions, helping and troubleshooting as needed.

Leave Administration Business Partner
