Gas Insulated Switchgear Supervisor

• Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and compliance in all operations
• Safeguard the integrity of SQDC performance - Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost
• Manage non-conformities and drive timely resolution
• Act as the key link between GIS product unit, service teams, and client
• Lead and coordinate daily field resources for project success
• Produce clear reports on project progress and site variations
• Conduct investigative site visits and support corrective actions
• Contribute to contractor evaluation and performance reviews
• Plans and delivers work according to schedule and budget constraints

• Customer & Invoice Management
• New customer set up, including credit checks, and maintenance of account records for accuracy
• Monitoring automated invoicing processes in our ERP system (NetSuite) and investigating exceptions
• Raising sales invoices for delayed fulfilment notifications outside of the automation and the issuing of credit notes
• Cash Collection and Customer Communications
• Proactively collecting due and overdue cash from customers
• Customer relationship management including payment reminders and query resolution, working closely with the Commercial and Operations teams where required
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers while ensure timely payment across a high volume of Wholesale accounts
• Monitoring incoming payments and supporting the bank reconciliation by allocating payment to customer accounts accurately and timeously
• Liaising with customers where there are payment discrepancies
• E-commerce reconciliations of website sales to payments received and match off in NetSuite
• Sales to cash reconciliations for our retail stores (3 at present)
• Identifying differences between systems and supporting investigations of integration or data issues
• Assisting in preparation of the aged debt report and highlighting overdue balances
• Monthly Royalties calculations, following up with agents to receive timely invoices for payment
• Monthly sales accrual calculations and postings in NetSuite
• Supporting additional AR related reporting tasks and any other ad hoc tasks for the month-end process
• Continuously seek out improvements and efficiencies to the Order to Cash process
• Identifying errors, inconsistencies or inefficiencies and escalating where appropriate

Accounts Receivable Assistant

• Preparation, raising and sending of invoices and credit notes; verifying all information calculated correctly, including quantity and rates
• Contacting clients for payment resolution
• Liaising with internal colleagues regarding queries raised, ensuring a suitable resolution is obtained
• Negotiating payment arrangements to reduce aged debt
• Resolving payment discrepancies
• Maintaining customer accounts and records
• Maintaining department mailboxes, providing prompt and professional responses
• Producing reports as required and requested

Accounts Receivable Administrator

• Drive cash collection across our customer base, ensuring that all overdue balances are pursued consistently and professionally.
• Accountable for the day-to-day execution of credit control activities, customer statement management, and maintaining highly accurate records of our collection status and customer communications.
• Ensure that cash is collected reliably and effectively, consistently hitting our monthly targets.
• Pursue overdue balances proactively, ensuring no accounts fall through the cracks due to a lack of follow-up.
• Maintain professional and effective customer communications, resulting in timely payment commitments.

Accounts Receivable Officer

• Responsible for day to day accounts receivable processing functions within the company including the efficient processing of orders, payments and delivery
• Work closely with the Sales Department to ensure smooth workflows with a strong emphasis on system functionality between the departments
• Mastery of the current sales and invoicing platforms allowing for continued development of best practices
• Liaise directly with the Sales and Sales Operations teams to work through daily procedure and workflow questions
• Work with Finance team members performing hands on AR duties such as invoice creation, account set up, processing and application of credit card payments
• Responsible for completion of vendor documentation and oversight of potential customer document management
• Knowledge of daily electronic deposits and receipts posting
• Updating of process and procedure manuals for basic Accounts Receivable functions
• Daily Management of the Accounts Receivable in-box and case system for processing payment inquiries
• Professional customer service answering multiple questions via phone, email, case system and Webex

Accounts Receivable Specialist

• Own cash collection activity across the UK business, proactively following up overdue balances.
• Monitor aged debtors, identify risks, and drive timely resolution.
• Escalate high‑risk or long‑outstanding balances appropriately, applying sound judgement.
• Contribute to weekly cashflow forecasting by providing insight into expected receipts, risks, and timing issues.
• Partner with Finance Business Partners to understand cash movements and billing drivers.
• Ensure invoices and credit notes are raised accurately and on a timely basis.
• Retain hands‑on involvement in billing where required, particularly at peak periods or month‑end.
• Oversee accrued revenue balances, challenging delays and addressing root causes of unbilled income.
• Support month‑end close and provide input into the annual audit process.
• Own the closed‑won‑to‑cash workflow for the UK business.
• Approve client wins prior to billing, ensuring contracts and supporting documentation are complete and policy‑compliant.
• Follow up on and resolve exceptions to policy, escalating where appropriate.
• Work closely with client teams to ensure effective handovers from win approval to billing.
• Act as the primary UK point of contact for order‑to‑cash matters.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with client and finance teams.
• Support and guide teams on policy requirements, expected evidence, and good closed‑won‑to‑cash practice.
• Resolve escalated billing and AR queries constructively, balancing control with commercial pragmatism.
• Maintain oversight of closed‑won‑to‑cash and AR controls across UK teams.
• Embed consistent ways of working and clear accountability.
• Track and report key billing, AR, and cash performance indicators.
• Identify and implement opportunities to strengthen controls, improve efficiency, and increase automation.
• Line manage the Senior Finance Assistant, providing oversight, coaching, and development support.
• Ensure appropriate task allocation, review, and resilience within the AR process.
