Accounts Payable

• Maintenance of various department records, databases and files
• Administer a Minimum Advertising Pricing (MAP)/unilateral pricing policy and send notices to customers that violate the MAP policy through daily communications and reporting
• Investigation of online reseller identities and outreach for pricing policy compliance
• Administer the contract management policy and manage the contract management system, including performing basic training and support to users and maintenance and auditing of data and creation of reporting to support business decision-making
• Support of administrative matters including billing, reporting, record retention, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned

MAP Administrator

• support a fast-growing, high-volume finance environment
• end-to-end AP operations, transaction management, vendor oversight, reconciliations, and cross-functional coordination across multiple accounting and procurement platforms
• act as the primary administrator for Ramp
• bridge the gap between day-to-day transaction processing and month-end GL accuracy across core systems (Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Coupa)
• lead internal enablement and policy enforcement
• act as a proactive communicator who guides employees through expense guidelines
• actively audit spend
• track down missing receipts to ensure books remain airtight

Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

• Process invoices from vendors to determine that all outstanding balances are approved and paid on time.
• Manage invoice reporting, identify anomalies or changes and work with internal departments to resolve any discrepancies.
• Communicate professionally and effectively over phone and email with vendors and business partners.

AP Specialist

• Calculate and post business transactions
• Process invoices
• Verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records
• Provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization
• Reconcile processed work by verifying entries
• Compare system report to balances using Excel formulas.
• Accurately match electronic purchase order details against invoices and/or record of items received.
