• Leading key accounts to deliver exceptional value and outstanding customer experiences
• Fully understanding insight run-rate and Instrument business in life science market
• Requires high-level demonstration for manipulation instrument and presentation skill
• Keeps management advised by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Account Manager, Instrument Sales – Biosciences Division

• Serves as the primary customer contact in the development of new accounts.
• Works closely with Marketing to determine prospects and help nurture leads.
• Independently prospects for new customers within assigned territory.
• Contacts former CSA Group customers lost to other agencies to attempt to regain work.
• Prepares written proposals of cost for services for clients.
• Provides periodic written reports on calls, customer contact, proposals, quotes, and expenses.

• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Tech teams to plan and produce press releases and in-depth feature stories
• Own PR strategy and manage Korea communication channels to maximize brand visibility
• Drive agenda-based media outreach and measure coverage outcomes
• Design executive interview scripts and media engagement strategies
• Develop content across formats: written articles, interview scripts, video storyboards, and presentation materials
• Build and maintain relationships across Korea's public sector — government ministries, public agencies, and industry associations
• Surface relevant meetings, events, and conversations, and connect them to internal teams as actionable opportunities
• Monitor policy trends, procurement cycles, and competitive movements relevant to AI and video understanding, and synthesize them into intelligence for internal teams

Communications & Strategic Relations Manager – APAC

• Responsible for assigned EPC account management and CD market
• Generate bookings for the products responsible to meet the assigned booking target
• Report on project pursuit status, forecasting and profitability analysis to Sales manager
• Manage and implement the projects complying with the company standard procedures
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager on developing market strategy
• Lead and direct continuing processes improvement plan for EPC, CD sales and service processes and activities
• Lead and develop complete technical and commercial proposals with all necessary documents and subjects like executive summary, solution, description, bill of material, project execution plan, project organization, project schedule, support structure, references, etc for sales pursuits
• Responsible for key performance metrics to monitor performance and lead continuous process improvement efforts
• Build strategic customer relationships to achieve sales strategies and objectives
• Presentation/demonstration of product/technical solutions
• Provide timely sales data, report and analysis
