Account Manager

• What You’ll Do:
• - Expand and consolidate presence in the assigned territory;
• - Maintain and develop our relationship with signed partners (tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, OTAs) in order to increase their performance;
• - Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory;
• - Follow-up with existing and new partners in order to provide system training;
• - Position the brand within the travel trade through ongoing product presentations and networking events;
• - Address incident issues, ensuring partners support;
• - Payments control: oversee and ensure accuracy in transaction processing;
• - Spend approximately 30% of your working time on business trips, including meetings with clients, industry events, and other business-related events;
• - Provide market & competitive environment analysis;
• - Provide regular comprehensive reporting through CRM and internal systems;
• - Maximize and develop API deals with the potential and existing partners.

• Execute brand strategy and tactics in field, sales performance, effectively manage assigned territory and targeted accounts
• Build strong customer relationships and stakeholder needs solving capability to maximize short- and long-term sales performance
• Develop solutions to solve claims or specific issues raised by the KA
• Build trusted and strategic relationships with stakeholders in order to anticipate access barriers
• Identify opportunities and collaborate cross-functionally to engage in “win: win” partnerships with key accounts
• Develop and manage detailed customer profile analysis and adjust strategies according to highest customer service level standards
• Maintain sales call frequencies and number of professional public visits as per plan
• Provide relevant IFT learnings and observations back to wider IFT and BT

Key Account Manager – Specialty Care

• Develop and grow EDCO’s retail business in Greece, Serbia, North Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania
• Build and maintain a strong network within the retail landscape (food and non-food) in the Balkan region
• 40% relationship management, strengthening partnerships with existing clients
• 60% new business development, acquiring new retail customers and expanding market presence
• Initiate and manage customer-specific promotions and commercial proposals
• Project-based sales of displays, planograms, and private label solutions
• Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on quotations in close cooperation with internal teams
• Analyze historical sales data to optimize and personalize product assortments for customers
• Collaborate intensively with marketing, purchasing, and supply chain departments
• Represent EDCO at international trade fairs and during tender processes

Key Account Manager – Balkan Region

• Develop, grow, and maintain a portfolio of B2B clients across various industries
• Preparation of offers and presentation materials according to the inquiries of potential advertisers
• Lead the full account lifecycle - from onboarding to campaign execution and post-sales support
• Ensure smooth setup, performance, and reporting of digital ad campaigns across Sofascore platforms
• Monitor advertising regulations in key markets and assess their business impact
• Identify new monetization opportunities and contribute to expanding our ad inventory
• Actively support the team in achieving revenue and client satisfaction goals
