About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Sale and promote the medical devices and medical products to both public and private hospitals;
  • Provide clinical support to clients;
  • Contact and visit clients/potential clients to promote the products and company image;
  • Develop strong relationship between clients and the company (enlarging the client base, product base and the orders value);
  • Meet the sales targets established by the Company’s management. Analyse on a frequent basis the relationship between supplier and client, monitor the satisfaction level of the clients and make proposals for optimization;
  • Review periodically the market size and potential, update the database of clients and identify new potential clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in sales and clinical support of medical devices/medical consumables;
  • Experience in relationship with Hospitals, Health Care Professionals and decision-makers;
  • Previous work experience in medical field of 3-5 years is required;
  • Committed, responsible, well-organized person, with rigorous working style and attention to details;
  • Strong team member with good networking skills to all organizational levels;
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Native Croatian, Hungarian is a huge plus;
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients and staff members;
  • Availability to travel (abroad and sometimes overnight);
  • Clean B driving license and willingness to drive.
