About the role
- Assist in developing and delivering skills-based training
- Expand the eLearning library
- Support strategies for user adoption
- Coordinate training logistics
- Play a key role in enhancing awareness of available legal tools
- Help attorneys and staff become productive with legal tools.
Requirements
- Associates or bachelors degree in a legal or technology field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role in a law firm or professional services environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal ability, and the aptitude to learn new tasks quickly
- Periodic travel to other Firm offices is required.
