About the role
- Independent planning, execution and management of SEA (Search Engine Advertising) and Meta campaigns (Facebook/Instagram)
- Analysis and optimization of campaigns based on KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CTR, conversion rate) to increase performance and profitability
- Development and implementation of scalable strategies for SEA and Meta channels
- Conducting regular performance analyses to identify optimization potential
- Collaboration with international subsidiaries (e.g., USA, Spain, France)
- Responsibility for budget planning and control for managed channels to ensure efficient use of resources
- Coordination with e-commerce and product management for cross-channel marketing approaches
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or E‑Commerce
- Several years of experience in e‑commerce, Meta and social media
- Strong MS Office skills; SAP experience is a plus
- Highly developed analytical skills and data literacy
- High level of initiative, assertiveness and a hands-on mentality
- Fluent in German and English
