About the role

  • Help DACH customers succeed by turning recruitment technology into tangible business impact, from onboarding through long-term growth
  • Guide customers through structured onboarding and implementation projects, from intake to go-live
  • Manage a portfolio of customers in the DACH region and serve as their primary point of contact at RecruitNow
  • Drive product adoption, improve NPS, and secure long-term retention
  • Proactively identify risks, opportunities, optimization potential, and scalability improvements

Requirements

  • 2–3 years' experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management within a SaaS company or scale-up
  • Experience with recruitment software, HR tech, or ATS platforms is a strong plus
  • Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills
  • Clear and effective communication skills (online, phone, email, presentations)
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Professional proficiency in German and English (spoken and written)
