About the role
- Help DACH customers succeed by turning recruitment technology into tangible business impact, from onboarding through long-term growth
- Guide customers through structured onboarding and implementation projects, from intake to go-live
- Manage a portfolio of customers in the DACH region and serve as their primary point of contact at RecruitNow
- Drive product adoption, improve NPS, and secure long-term retention
- Proactively identify risks, opportunities, optimization potential, and scalability improvements
Requirements
- 2–3 years' experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management within a SaaS company or scale-up
- Experience with recruitment software, HR tech, or ATS platforms is a strong plus
- Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills
- Clear and effective communication skills (online, phone, email, presentations)
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Professional proficiency in German and English (spoken and written)
