Requirements

Are scrappy and you move fast

Have some experience/exposure with at least one of the following: deployment technologies (Github actions, CodeDeploy, CircleCI), cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
