About the role
- Project Leadership & Oversight: Manage entire lifecycle of 3+ commercial projects simultaneously; develop architectural designs; review technical drawings; oversee construction administration; manage schedules; ensure budget and quality.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external contractors; lead meetings; present designs; resolve challenges to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 4 years in architecture, with a focus on commercial projects, tenant improvements, or ground-up construction.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of building codes and high proficiency in architectural software, including Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Enscape.
- License: You must hold an active architecture licence.
