About the role

  • Lead the commercial strategy for assigned premier accounts, aligning with Mexico business objectives.
  • Develop customer strategic plans to drive growth and position ZURU in the Mexican toy market.
  • Maximize product availability, visibility, and brand awareness across offline and online channels through best-in-class execution.
  • Negotiate and execute Joint Business Plans with key accounts, ensuring alignment between customer and ZURU goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, trade marketing, supply chain, and cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Analyze market data and account performance to anticipate risks, identify opportunities, and propose actions.
  • Ensure operational excellence by managing orders, forecasting, and availability in coordination with internal teams.
  • Influence and collaborate cross-functionally to secure tools, resources, and support needed to win in the market.
  • Share best practices and learnings locally and globally and support continuous improvement and special projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in sales or similar roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • English fluency (written and spoken).
  • Toy industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams and hold stakeholders accountable.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Self-driven, collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience building long-term client relationships.
