Chief Marketing Officer

• Support the Marketing Manager and wider brand team in delivering best-in-class strategies across influencer, social, PR, grassroots, and NPD initiatives.
• Manage influencer activity, including paid campaigns, seeding programs, and relationships with our core influencer team to ensure strong performance and content delivery.
• Support the execution of global social calendars, owned channel content, and reporting to drive brand engagement.
• Assist with NPD launches and market entry strategies, including positioning, competitor analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with PR agencies and lead local grassroots activations, ensuring ROI and alignment with brand objectives.
• Contribute to brand strategy and growth opportunities using customer, consumer, and performance data.
• Support budget tracking, reporting, and the creation of brand assets and presentations for internal and external use.
